So far never once had an issue with anything, next day delivery on anything i want. I just wish the stock was bigger as there is a lot of out of stock items, all though, they have a decent chunk of variety and you can't really complain as I've basically found next to everything i've needed off there.

Super quick delivery to Sweden - ordered on Monday, received them on Friday that same week.

Best prices of these (HDZero) products that I could find anywhere in Europe.

Most importantly, there was candy included in the package.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE!

My son saved up all his pocket money to a remote control plane. We purchased one. The box shows it has a remote transmitter, the instructions show the same. This company removed the transmitter and charge to sell me a £60 piece of worthless polystyrene.

Their customer service response was to point me to some acronym laden small print on their website.

I have asked for a full refund. I do not see why I should spent money shipping back a defective and unusable product - especially if they can sell it on to some other unsuspecting member of the public.

Ordered a couple of drones & packs, realised very late in the day that I'd missed some 1S batteries for the Air65 I'd ordered earlier so put through a 2nd order. Not only did they get it out to me in time, but without asking they refunded me for the extra postage I'd paid for the 2nd order.

That kind of service builds trust. They are now my go-to for anything FPV.

Amazing company and my first port of call for any RC equipment.
I have used the company for over 8 years and never had issues. 20 plus orders so far thought i'd count.

Prices are market prices and delivery, next day in some cases is great.

Please don’t buy any RC planes from them, terrible customer service and very very poor quality of products . We bought a VolantexRC Spitfire 500 Brushless Plane (RTF) for £95 , quite expensive , to only last 5 flights which were less than a minute! It didn’t even last 4 days , the propeller broke and then the battery cover and the company is not ready to either replace the parts or repair or refund . They don’t think it a defective piece which clearly the quality is very poor because how can a battery cover break in 5 flights ! Very poor after sales service and customer service is rude , they refused to reply to my emails and closed the ticket ! Made a big mistake of buying something expensive thinking that they have a good reputation and the products will be of good quality with good after sales services , clearly not ! Would have given a zero rating if that was an option.

I had a great purchasing experience, the items were all in stock, great quality, arrived quickly and were really well packaged. Highly recommend.

Recommend taking note of negative reviews regarding this company. They are fine until something goes wrong with your purchase. Then your consumer rights appear to be an obstacle rather than something to uphold.

Teenage son bought RC which became faulty. He is meticulous about how he handles his RC collection (he goes out with me and I have to sit through all his delicate handling). Spent his birthday and Christmas money. Lost it all on a faulty product bought from a company that trots out a mishandling of the cables line. Trust me he didn't. He loves all the protocol of doing things the right way.

Website should also be handling cookies correctly. There is no positive action to give HobbyRC your consent (notice that you don't get that all important cookie pop-up when you arrive at their website...) Their take on this law is buried in their privacy policy small print that they use cookies, place them on your hard drive and sometimes track information about you. Apparently site visitors have to adjust settings on their computer. Sorry, but that's not how the cookies law works.

Consumer laws... someone should have gone to Specsavers.

Been shopping with them since 2019. They looked after me when I had an important event to attend and i selected wrong shipping with my order. They went out of their way to track the already fulfilled parcel and change the shipping type. They always sorted me out if a pack had a dodgy cell, everything very swiftly. Top UK quad shop imo.

Hi i would highly recommend hobby rc, ive ordered a few bits from them now and i have spoken with mike a number of times, there customer service is truley second to non and always happy to go above and beyond to help you.
The shipping is also another level once ordered ive recieved an email straight away and a few moments later recieve another saying the corier is on its way to pick the parcel up.
All in all i would not order my fpv gear from anyone but hobby rc

Couldn't ask for better service at great prices, great laid out website with most of what you need. Serval orders placed now and they even refund the difference in postage costs if you place two orders within the same shipping window.

Amazing customer service, I placed 2 orders and asked to amend or cancel one order as I wanted to upgrade one item, I emailed HobbyRC on Sunday night and received a reply Monday morning to say it was cancelled and the full refund arrived back in my account instantly. 10 minutes later I replaced my order with the changes and my full order arrived the next day.

Awesome customer service that helped my choose the parts for my 5" Freestyle and the delivery was quick and all parts have been perfect, will be using HobbyRC again.

After buying the tx16s which arrived in phenomenal time and in excellent condition, i come across what i thought was a defective product it was not, it was my fault using AI to troubleshoot, After a quick message to the support email my error was corrected by a very nice person called mike who responded very quickly he told me were id gone wrong and how to remedy my issue in a very polite and friendly manner, this is a far cry from what i am normally used to when deal with customer support who seem to revel in your discontent, gold standard work and a business i will be using going forward in my new hobby 10/10.

I wish the search bar on the website was better as it only checks if exactly what you typed is in the name or description, I wish it could use a spell check and other things.

​I can't recommend HobbyRC enough. The delivery was super fast, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I was particularly impressed by the customer service; the staff were genuinely helpful and offered really good advice to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
