During the order process not once is customer advised where item is coming from or how long to expect it to arrive. After a week they still haven’t even t dispatched my order going to request refund and by it from a local seller and while it is more expensive at least I won’t be waiting god know when to get it

Received an Air 65 with a short circuit in the power cable. After about 10 emails, making videos, describing, photos, I received a replacement power cable.
It arrived in some weeks.
I had to solder it in which is not easy as the parts are very small.
Then, the drone still does not work, it does not enter binding, gives no wifi network.
So I am sending it back.

This place is a joke. I placed my order but literally few hours after wanna rethink my purchase and decided cancel this order. I sent an email because there was no option on the website to do this. I get reply is no problem I get my money back after 5 working days. Obviously 5 working day gone by and still don’t have my money back! When I’m asking what the hell is going on always same reply “they will chase this” but this means nothing unfortunately. Had to escalate this to the bank and ask them for refund. I do not recommend this place at all. 🤬

⭐ 1 STAR — Extremely Disappointed With the Aquila20 HD FPV and Customer Support

I purchased the BETAFPV Aquila20 HD FPV well in advance as a birthday gift for my grandson. Because it was coming from Hong Kong, I ordered early to make sure it arrived in time. The drone was delivered 26 days before his birthday and was essentially unused before we gave it to him.

Unfortunately, when our family gathered for his birthday and he tried to use the drone, it would not function properly. What should have been an exciting birthday gift turned into a major disappointment.

Since then, I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve the problem. BETAFPV has repeatedly asked us to perform troubleshooting procedures, provide videos, check settings, and recalibrate the drone and hand controller. We have cooperated and followed their instructions, yet the problem remains unresolved.

What has been particularly frustrating is that each communication seems to result in another troubleshooting assignment rather than an actual solution. A customer should not have to become a drone technician simply to make a nearly new product operate correctly.

BETAFPV has also relied on its 30-day warranty period, even though the drone was purchased early specifically because it was a birthday gift and international shipping can take considerable time. The drone had virtually no actual flight time before the problem became apparent.

I asked for what I believe is a very reasonable resolution: replace the defective drone or provide a full refund.

When a product is essentially new, has barely been used, and the customer has made repeated good-faith efforts to follow every troubleshooting request, a reputable company should stand behind its product rather than continue sending additional technical instructions.

Based on my experience with the Aquila20 HD FPV and the difficulty obtaining a satisfactory resolution, I cannot recommend this drone or BETAFPV customer service.

I will gladly update this review if BETAFPV ultimately does the right thing and replaces the defective unit or provides a refund.

The delivery took a long long long time, but I expected that because I read the approximate delivery times on their website so I'm not mad about that. I am mad about the fact that the huahan logistics they use, updates the tracking location like once every two days,it was really annoying. But yeah got the product I ordered and they decided to even give me a gift(2 extra batteries) with my purchase which was awesome as hell. Also the product works fabulously on my second week now and I've flown my meteor 75 pro a lot of times.

When I ordered a birthday present for my son, I expected the package to arrive in a few days; however, I didn't realize this common transmitter had to be shipped from China. Apparently, they don't keep stock in America. I will not do business with them again.

Took a while to ship which was expected becuase I also ordred batterys but unfortunately the label got mangled during shipping so it got delayed with local carrier for a bit but it eventually arrived this isnt fault of betafpv though its the shipping company they decided to use. But on a good note I was sent 4 extra batterys as a extra bonus which was much appreciated and made up for the delay.
Update: camera stopped working after 2 days I emailed and after showing issue they were happy to send a camera replacement which is easy to install so I dont see why theres so many bad reviews my experience has been rlly good I just reccomend a diffrent carrier in uk to deliver parcels as evri are awfull

Habe einen Meteor 75 Pro II O4 Wide bestellt, geliefert wurde ein leeres Paket, welches vermutlich auf dem Transportweg geplündert wurde, da Betafpv die ware nicht neutral versendet.
Der Support bei Betafpv, versucht die komplette Problemlösnug an den Kunden abzugeben. DHL ist wie üblich nicht in der Lage für den verlust des inhalts Verantwortung zu nehmen und stellt sich dumm.

My son ordered a drone with shipping to Sweden. The drone arrived after 4 weeks (!!) but had an error on one of the motors after 5 min of use (error on the contact, it was not a user error). We reported this and after extensive administration BETAFPV sent a new motor. The delivery was again 4 weeks even though we asked for an express delivery since we had waited so long for the first delivery.

When the new motor arrived it didn't work either. When this error occurred, we couldn't be bothered with the administrative hassle BETAFPV requires for faults, so we decided to sell the accessories to the drone.

Please note that BETAFPV only has 30 days warranty for manufacture errors.

Super super delayed, never received my item.

Drone reçu défectueux dès le déballage (problème de flight controller confirmé par leur propre support technique comme un défaut de conception/matériel). Jusque-là, ça arrive.

Le problème, c'est le service après-vente. Après confirmation du défaut, BETAFPV a exigé un retour du produit avant tout remboursement ou remplacement, avec toute une procédure stricte (photos du colis, de l'étiquette, du carton avec "BETAFPV" écrit dessus, etc.). J'ai suivi toutes leurs instructions à la lettre.

Résultat : le colis envoyé à leur adresse de retour en Espagne a été refusé à la livraison, confirmé noir sur blanc par La Poste Suisse (statut officiel "Rehusado" - refusé par le destinataire). Quand j'ai transmis cette preuve officielle à BETAFPV, leur support a continué à répéter les mêmes excuses génériques (problème de dédouanement, contacter le transporteur), en ignorant complètement la preuve que je leur avais envoyée.

Plusieurs semaines de mails, des heures perdues, un support qui ne répond jamais vraiment aux points soulevés, aucune possibilité de parler à un responsable ou d'obtenir une escalade. Pour un produit à moins de 200 USD, c'est complètement disproportionné.

Si votre commande se passe mal, soyez prévenus : le service après-vente ne suit pas. J'ai l'impression de parler à des robots...

My Order to Europe directly from Betafpv was without any problem and quick! All 4 Drones i got worked Perfectly and recent i had to contact Support because of a self inflicted Problem and i got an answer within 2 Hours.

My charger had a manufacturing error, which made the port and the charger itself go up in smoke. The support blamed the issue on me.
When I tried leaving a bad review on their website under the product, they just deleted it outright. This seems to be a common thing across their site since there are literally 0 bad reviews, which is impossible for a store of this size.

Die Entwicklungen von BetaFPV sind grundsätzlich sehr gut, aber die Qualität ist durchwachsen und der Support eine Katastrophe!
Ich habe bisher 4 Produkte dort gekauft, 3 Drohnen und eine FPV-Brille. 2 der Produkte, 1 Drohne und die Brille hatten Fabrikationsfehler.
Bei der Drohne Pavo20pro2 hatte ich ein paar Wochen versucht, das extreme Jello/Zittern und das manchmal plötzlich ungewöhnliche Flugverhalten bzw. Ausfälle selbst zu beheben. Als sich herausstellte, dass die Ursache im Gyroskop und womöglich auch Motoren lag, war die extrem kurze 1-Monats-Garantie schon vorbei und für die Ersatz-Drohne, die ich bestellen musste, wurden mir nach vielen Support-Diskussionen lediglich 10% Discount angeboten. Und das nach gerade mal effektiv 4 Flugstunden!
Die analoge FPV-Brille war von Anfang an kaputt, sie ließ sich nicht laden. Nach einigen Support-Diskussionen und Video-Dokumentationen sollte ich auf eigene Kosten die kaputte Brille nach Spanien schicken. Einen Teil dieser Kosten könnte ich durch einen Discount-Code erstattet bekommen, der nach 30 Tagen verfällt. Da ich nichts weiter zu bestellen habe, wird dieser Discount dann verfallen. Die Ersatz-Brille ist nun, nach ewigem Support-Mailverkehr und 3 Wochen nach der Reklamation bzw. 6 Wochen nach der ursprünglichen Bestellung immer noch nicht von BetaFPV losgeschickt.
Auch wenn die Entwicklungen eigentlich sehr toll sind, werde ich keine Produkte dort mehr kaufen.

I got my order without any problem. I ordered a Pavo20 Pro II + 8 LAVA II batteries with spare props and frame.

Yes, you need to wait for weeks, but I knew that before I ordered and it was cheaper than anywhere else. It was almost a month for me to get in Hungary.

I think a normal person wouldn't send them money if they see the 1.9 trustpilot page (it was better, like 2.2 when I ordered), but I spoke with 2 people in my country who also didn't have any problems besides the long shipping time, so that's why I ordered.

The second betafpv air65 D. O. A. What the hell is wrong with this damn company?! Extremely mad! They should go bankrupt so people won't waste their money anymore and would be spared from huge disappointments. Very upset. Very very upset.

Comptez 1 mois environ pour recevoir votre commande! Je ne suis toujours pas livré mais il arrive. On se croirait revenus 25 ans en arrière quand on commandait en Chine…
Double peine: le colis met environ 1 semaine a être remis au transporteur depuis chez eux déjà… et ensuite, transport standard lent…
Je regrette activement de ne pas avoir commandé mon Pavo20 pro 2 sur Aliexpress plutôt que directement chez eux, je l’aurais eu en 10 jours… y

Pour finir, leur assistance avec des conseillers qui vous raconte n’importe quoi, et vous disent même annuler votre commande de leur plein gré juste pour vous faire ch…. sans le faire heureusement😵‍💫

Ho acquistato le batterie lipo lava II il 05/12/2025. Il 22/12/2025 gli ho ricontattato per sapere del mio prodotto e mi hanno comunicato che l'indirizzo era errato e per questo il pacco non era stato consegnato; ho verificato che l'indirizzo era corretto e lo segnalato all' azienda che non mi ha fornito l'assistenza adeguata. Ad oggi per ricevere il mio ordine mi richiedono di pagare nuovamente la spedizione che tra l'altro era assicurata
