Very slow shipping, it’s been six weeks and it’s now stuck in customs, which means I have to pay import duties, I’m not ordering from them again.

Nie wieder, katastrophaler Service, keine Rückgabe , keine Unterstützung alles auf Englich. Und wenn mann auf englisch schreibt verstehen nichts.

Habe meinem Sohn eine Drohne gekauft die aber schon defekt war beim ersten flug. Als ich den Service einschaltete haben sie mir ein Ersatz geschickt aber nicht gesagt was. Als ich dann nach 20 Tagen den Ersatz ( Eine Kamera) bekommen habe habe ich wieder geschrieben. Jedes mal mit ausreden usw.. bis jetzt zum schluß gesagt wurde pech gehabt der Kauf ist schon länger als 30 Tage ich kann es nichzt wieder zurück schicken. Jetzt sitz mein Sohn mit einer defekten Drohne da und Geld ist weg. Nie wieder !!!!

It has been more than two months and the drone that my son ordered has not arrived. We have contacted the company multiple times via both phone and email, and they say the issue is with the delivery company, Evri. We have also contacted Evri multiple times, but to no avail. DO NOT order with this company, they are not responding or helping to find the parcel.

It had been 2 minutes and my parcel hasn’t arrived they won’t respond to my complaints pls give me a refund

Bortkastet penger! Når dronen du bestiller ikke virker og dem er ikke behjelpelig med å hjelpe er helt utrolig! Itillegg så var 2 av 6 batterier ødelagt. Tar enormt lang tid å få svar og dem prater seg bare vekk fra problemet! Såå bortkastet tid og penger!

I am writing a review about BETAFPV and their after-sales service. Less than a week ago, I received a Meteor 75 Pro 1S Walksnail drone, and the video transmission system has already failed. When I contacted their after-sales service, the solution they offered was to send the drone to China, but I would have to cover the shipping costs and potential customs fees when the drone returns after repair.
I am writing this review to warn future buyers about the risk of purchasing products outside the EU, knowing that afterwards, BETAFPV does not cover warranty costs. I have contacted them and hope to find a solution. I will keep you updated on the progress of my issue.

Didnt give a refund for a drone that was broken

Won't support bad battery from approved seller within warranty period.

They deny the seller is approved and it's listed on their website.

I bought a Smo 4k camera a couple of years ago and cannot get the Insta360 application to connect to it like many other people. I contacted customer support about this and got the reply "'I'm really sorry, but this app isn't compatible with the SMO 4k camera yet. So it's normal, please be patient while the app gets updated." It hasn't worked for years so how patient do they expect their customers to be ?? I've now got a camera that cost £220 that I can't use. Will never buy anything from this company again. AVOID AVOID AVOID...

As so many others I ignored the realistic reviews here and ordered a Radio lite 3 controller. It took almost 3 weeks to get here. Left gimbal is not working properly, calibration won’t fix it.

BetaFpv deliberately sends the orders as slow as possible. They know they send faulty and broken products and send it sooo slowww that you are not even considering to send the crap back they send you.

I can confirm it is a scam, I just flushed 60 euros through the toilet. Don’t buy their crap.

Nach über 3 Wochen ist meine Bestellung immer noch “unfulfilled”. Hab ihnen jetzt mal ne Mail geschrieben wi die Bestellung bleibt. Find ich schwach für so ein großes Unternehmen.

Drone qui ne fonctionne pas dès le départ, vous donnez 200€ pour rien, c'est leur stratégie...encaisser 200€ par drone et quand vous écrivez, ils vous demandent de faire ca ou ca pendant 3 semaines, à la fin, ils vous disent garantie dépassée

This company is a scam. They stole my money during the return process (they didn't refund the full amount of returned products). The products are of terrible quality; most AIOs arrive damaged or stop working after a few flights (please read reviews on Reddit groups before purchase). Avoid at all costs.

It's been 21 days since order. took 14 days before they said it was returned to the warehouse without a shipping number. New DHL tracking number doesn't work. takes 4 days for customer service to reply to emails. Quad finally arrived after 33 days. Tracking never updated. It just showed up. Customer service went silent. The product is epic and definitely the best in class. Build quality is great. I just wished I didn't have to deal with the company.
Product (Pavo35) is 10/10. Customer service is .5/10

Habe für meinen Sohne die Drone Meteor75 sowie Funke bestellt. Kann die Teile micht auf einander abstimmen. Alles auf englich bis auf die Verkaufsseite. Kein Ansprechpartener, keine Retourmüglichkeit. Der Kundenservise ist eine reine Katastrophe, nah dem Motto ,, Gekauft und Tschüs"! Habe jetzt 2 Teile zuhause wo ich keine Hilfe bekomme und ich nicht weiss an wen ich mich wenden kann. Habe schon ander Vekäufer angeschrieben. Nie wieder!!!!!!!! VORSTCHT!!!!!

Bestellung Aufgegeben & Bezahlt. Dann über 10 Tage nichts gehört. Keine Info, kein nichts. Auf Nachfrage dann gesagt bekommen, dass die Ware gar nicht verfügbar wäre und ich doch warten sollte. Meiner Aufforderung die Sendung zu stornieren und mir mein Geld zu erstatten wurde ignoriert. Stattdessen wurde die ware dennoch gesendet.

Unseriös ohne Ende. Die Kommunikation war zudem auch noch frech formuliert.

dopo 2 mesi il mio ordine è bloccato alla dogana per loro unica colpa!!! da prima hanno allegato una fattura di trasporto 5 volte piu grande, successivamente mi prendono in giro rimbalzandomi e facendomi chiamare 10 volte dhl per richiedere documenti, ma gli stessi mi comunicano che non sono io a doverli fornire ma il mittete deve inviare il (LOA)
morale della favola? 2 mesi di attesa, -300€ e a breve il pacco rientra al mittente perche sono degli incompetenti STATE LONTANO 1 CHILOMETRO DA LORO

Absolutely stay away from this company, they don't know how to work at all!!! after 2 months my order is blocked at customs through their sole fault!!! first they attached a transport invoice 5 times larger, then they make fun of me by bouncing me off and making me call DHL 10 times to request documents, but they tell me that I am not the one who has to provide them but the sender has to send the (LOA) moral of the story? 2 months of waiting, -300€ and the package will soon be returned to the sender because they are incompetent STAY 1 KM AWAY FROM THEM

First they accept the order and payment, write that everything is fine.
Then two weeks go by without a word. I start to worry about my money. I contact them. At that moment it turns out that they can't ship to the address I specified. They give me the option to change the address or get a refund. I ask for a change of address and provide it. They go on vacation for two weeks. I am still without goods and money.
It's been almost a month. I finally get a reply and the address is clarified. I provide all the information and wait. After another week I get a refund.

Thank you for wasting my time and nerves. Worst support job ever. Worst work of the site.

I recommend you contact the buyers yourself if you encounter a problem after taking full prepayment.

I recommend buyers to look for an alternative and not to waste their time on Beta fpv.

hab eine Drohne bestellt die Pavo25 v2 die ist defekt angekommen.. ich hab mein geld immer noch nicht und ich hab immer noch keine neue Drohne bezahlt hab ich also für eine defekte.. es geht nun seit eins zwei Monaten BetaFPV support zieht alles in die länge brauchen tage um zu antworten.. nach langem texten mit Kathy hab ich ein FC AIO zu geschickt bekommen um es selber zu REPARIEREN....... was ist das den aber Sche*ss draus ist ja nicht so dass ich mit den Drohnen mein geld verdiene und es auch mehrmals erwähnt habe und.. erst nachdem ich BETAfpv auf instagramm ein bild kommentiert habe haben die sich auf insta gemeldet und mir eine neue DROHNE versprochen... jetzt wollen die dass ich die drohne zuruck schicke und wenn die ankommt schicken die mir dann eine neue.... und dass nach fast 2 MONATEN.. und ist ja auch nicht so dasss ich von CHINA firmen nie was zurück bekommen habe weil es immer heist jaaaaa dein packet ist bei uns nicht angekommen jaaaa ist klaaarr.. ich bin stink sauer
