Very honest it’s what you see and what you get. Yaakov and the crew are very friendly and there for your needs, great locations just a great time to be with. The whole days of pessach

The program was well planned, kids were occupied with activities, special hours with kids meals was excellent idea(need to have more kids friendly food) , attention to details if it’s in the rooms/little welcome presence.
The synagogues were taken care of Ashkenazi and this sfaradi . When we had a problem, it was taken care of. Request /questions or answered in a timely manner.
Atmosphere, all around was very pleasant and the setting of the hotel was remarkable.
Some of the rooms needed to be updated and up kept (before a program like this, they need to be cleaned up with a lot of attention to details, especially because it is Passover )
The Dessert Chef was phenomenal and every day to pull out different, unique and tasty dessert. It was not an easy task.

Only complained that I would have about the food is that whoever was in charge either of the salads or the main course never tried what they are serving. Most of the food was over salted or under salted and had no flavour.
Salads had a very small variety , the salad chef need to be someone who knows how to make different varieties of salads and vegetables for this type of crowd. I know that they wanted to provide a higher and of meat/Pty variety however if they would simplify it and gave the people at least a choice of Shnitzels every day on top of their other choices people would’ve been happier. The food that was kept outside waiting for people to arrive should be covered with saran wrap and uncovered right before it’s being served. Some of the food that was served outside had flies tasting them before the people did. 😜
During the breakfast with crowds like these, they should be more stations for warm food like pancakes, pizza, crêpes and et cetera to create a flow of people without crowding, at sometimes that was unpleasant to try to push through people say something new that was brought out. I think that multiple hot food stations is essential to avoid overcrowding.
We like the fact that the main courses were mostly served played it and nicely presented.
The barbecue day was successful and all the people like that including the children however the food was prepared ahead of time which is understandable but it was supposed to be kept warm. Some of the food / meet was served cold.
I cannot stress more how important it is for the chefs to taste what they are serving before they are bringing out to the people!!!!

Many people were smokers , in the program like this, with so many people would be essential to have a smoking area designated for them.

Overall it was a wonderful experience.
From the welcome gifts to the final day party and everything in between was well done. Kudos to Yakov and his staff

Amazing trip. Yaacov and his team created an amazing programme. Lots of food, amazing venue, lovely trips. Any queries were dealt with by Yaacov immediately and always went the extra mile to make sure I and everyone was happy.

This is my third Pesach with Yaacov and hopefully will return next year.

He should be very proud of what he pulled off and would highly recommend his programme.

The location was excellent. We had a sea view with blue skies and mountains in the background. It truly was breathtaking!
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Lots of food and every dessert was "a work of art :)" and you would never think that they were Pesach desserts! They were so delicious!
It was an affordable Pesach Program and we would go again in the future! Thank you for making this a memorable Pesach! ☺️

The location was beautiful. Rabbi Levy was wonderful. Food was (too) plentiful and excellent. Programs were enjoyable. Price was affordable. I cannot say enough nice things about this program and I hope to participating again in the future.

Nous avons passé un séjour de Pessah avec Hofesh á Huelva absolument exceptionnel et nous remercions de tout coeur Nissim, Yaacov et toute l equipe de Hofesh qui ont géré d'une main de maître ces 10 jours, avec beaucoup de patience, de professionnalisme et surtout d'humanité.

Depuis l'accueil par l'équipe á l'aéroport ( Esther & Shirel ) nous avons été pris en charge avec le sourire.
L'arrivée á l'hôtel en musique, l'accueil dans la chambre avec plein de jolis cadeaux ( trés utiles pour le séjour), l'effort d'organisation et d'activités tous les jours pour les petits comme les plus grands, avec une equipe d'animation adorable et sympathique ( chanteurs, musiciens..), des repas delicieux, abondants, recherchés, fins, et sains (et oui c'est possible avec cette grande equipe!) - mention spéciale pour les desserts d'une finesse rare, les fromages du petit-déjeuner, et les repas servis á table ce qui ne gâche rien- et un kidouch royal pendant les fêtes et shabbat digne d'un mariage.
L 'hotel était spacieux, avec une vue magnifique, juste pour nous, avec tous les equipements possibles et juste en face de la plage (!)
Pour conclure le séjour nous avons été gâtés par une mimouna DE RÊVE !!!
Nous n avons rien á dire si ce n'est un trés grand MERCI pour nous avoir permis non seulement de passer des fêtes exceptionnelles, mais de déconnecter complètement du quotidien dans une ambiance familiale et agreable, oú nous avons rencontré des gens extraordinaires, provenant de tout type de pays et de tout niveau de religion: c'était tres enrichissant!
Enfin l'equipe espagnole de l hotel qui nous a trés bien accueilli, toujours avec le sourire, la patience et beaucoup de compréhension!

Un grand BRAVO á tous et en particulier á Nissim & Yaacov pour ce séjour sans fautes, en plus d'être très humains tous les deux, arrangeants et disponibles, ils sont en plus d'une gentillesse rare qu'on ne voit plus beaucoup aujourd'hui!

En esperant BH vous retrouver l'année prochaine! Amen!

Seguo le proposte di Hofesh da anni e devo dire che ogni anno i fratelli Assayagh migliorano. Gli alberghi che propongono sono molto capienti per cui, anche con moltissimi ospiti c'è spazio per tutti. Moltissimo personale ma, soprattutto, molta abbondanza e varietà di cibo. Animatori instancabili intrattengono i piccoli mentre gli adulti si godono appieno le vacanze. L'aspetto religioso è per tutti i gusti. L'anno scorso c'era la "sinagoga" sefardita, askenazita, Chabad e, per la prima volta, anche il "minian del Netz"! E poi le lezioni di due-tre rabbini, kiddushim abbondanti, gelati, bottarga, salmone, aringhe! E poi regali e souvenirs per tutti, grandi e piccini. Tutto questo giustifica il fatto che tornerò anche quest'anno. Pesach Kasher veSameach!

Deuxième que je suis retourner pour les fêtés de pessah 2023 a hofesh, j ai été très très satisfait du personnel de hotel, équipe du hofesh est top du top, nourriture au top, animations parfait pour tout goûts. J ai beaucoup aimer les changé depuis la première fois que je suis venu. J ai passer un séjour remarqué dans tous points, je me suis bien amusé, plus rencontré. Hôtel avec plusieurs piscine et plage juste a côté. Vraiment chapeau yacoov et son frère pour leur travail extraordinaire, je me réjouis de vous retrouver Sdv à pessah 2024. Exellent séjour organisé par Ofesh organisations à Séville.
Tant au niveau du complexe hotelier, de l'animation, de la restauration en qualité et quantité mais aussi de la disponibilité des frères Assayagh. En résumé Parfait sur tous les plans, je conseille fortement OFESH organisations pour les séjours cacher.

Organisation au top animations au top nourriture en abondance repas enfants une heure avant les adultes prières au top kiddouch systématique après la prière

Excellent séjour reposant et très agréable.
Les repas étaient copieux et variés.

C’était notre premier séjour avec Hofesh et avons hâte d’y retourner BH avec toute notre famille. Franchement rien à redire, un hôtel magnifique, des repas dignes de mariages à chaque fois, un service irréprochable et très rapide surtout pour le monde présent. Les organisateurs sont fantastiques jusqu’au moindre détail depuis notre arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Nous avons été vraiment gâtés même au niveau du placement des tables qui nous a permis de faire de belles rencontres.
Nous remercions vivement toute la famille Assayagh pour leur gentillesse et à bientôt SDV !

It was amazing..many activities for children and adults

Everything was great! The whole hotel was reserved for us, there was PLENTY of food and it was very good, the people were nice and most of people Nissim and Yaacov really care about us ! They are always around and always helping.
We took a suite because we are a family of 5 and it was perfect, 2 rooms and a "living room" with a kitchenette.
We went beginning of April so the pool was to cold to go in but the hotel is nice and we're right by the beach.

The crowd is mainly orthodox and you have people coming from everywhere. The mimouna was SUPER fun and delicious.
I definitely recommend !

The only advice I would give is that closest car rental is 40 minutes away so if you plan on visiting, rent a car from the hotel as soon as you arrive.

Super expérience. C était la première fois que l on partait avec cet organisme. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. Tout était parfait. Super organisation, la nourriture était en abondance. Les enfants bien encadrés. L hôtel était parfait. Nous avons eu un temps de reve. Super expérience hate de repartir avec eux. Bravo hofesh et a toute l organisation.

Tout le séjour était parfaitement organisé dans tous les domaines :
Logement, repas, offices religieux, activités ,excursions. Etc ….,
Tout comme l’année dernière, abondance, abondance, abondance .
J’attends avec impatience Pessah 2024 !!! Bravo à toute l’équipe de Hofesh !!!

2eme fois que j'y retourne et cette fois ci avec encore plus de familles et d'amis ! C'etais plus que parfait la nourriture le cadre et surtout l'ambiance exactement ce qu'il nous faut pour bien ressentir la fête de pessah avec un goût de vacances !
Encore merci a la famille assayag qui s'occupe de nous sans menager leurs efforts
J'y retournerai et avec encore plus nombreux sdvvv
