My first attempt to book a flight through the company was unacceptable. The customer service was extremely poor, and the representative assisting me was not only unprofessional and unfamiliar with basic flight‑checking procedures, but also rude and unpleasant throughout the interaction. The entire experience was frustrating, inefficient, and far below any reasonable standard.

I invited a sport package in Spain
Its was a very good trip and service of issta was very good.

I had a great experience with Issta. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly, and I highly recommend them!

ISSTA canceled our flight yet charged nearly 30% of the amount as a cancelation fee. Our well earned money went straight to the garbage. I really dont know what to do

The travel agency is very good. Used their service a few times. Rhe package included both a flight and an hotel. Everything was on schedule, booking process was easy, customer service was excellent for changing dates.

שלום, ברצוני להוקיר את תודתי הענקית למתן הילל היקר מהמוקד על שירות מופתי מקצועי וסבלני , מתן ליווה אותי ונתן מענה גם אחרי שהעסקה נסגרה . התעניין וגילה אכפתיות בצורה יוצאת דופן. היה זמין לכל שאלה ונתן תחושת ביטחון. אין ספק שגם בעתיד הוא הראשון שאפנה אליו כשארצה לסגור חופשה.
מתן כשמך כן אתה מלא נתינה ואפשר לומר שאתה מתנה ;)

I bought flight tickets from Tel Aviv to Eilat through Issta, and I will never use their services again.

I needed to change the hour of my flight, but there is absolutely no online option on their platform to do this, forcing you to call their customer service line. To make matters worse, there is no customer service available at all over the weekend. If you have a flight on Sunday and need to change something over the weekend, you are simply stuck and out of options.

When I finally called during the week, I had to wait on hold for an entire hour just for someone to pick up. When an agent finally answered, instead of helping me, she told me to go check online myself to see what flights were available and then call them back! I literally begged her not to hang up because I had already been waiting on the line for an hour. She quickly checked, claimed there were no earlier flights available, and immediately hung up on me.

Completely unprofessional, frustrating, and a massive waste of time. Avoid booking with them if you expect any kind of decent support.

The prices they gave me are good, really liked the service and recommendations. Highly suggested. They got a returning customer

I had an excellent experience with ISTA. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish

Their service is good until we run into a problem, then if anyone talks to them, not even the answering machine.
I owe money for a canceled flight, they don't answer emails and their phone service is an endless loop.

Very good service! The booking process was very easy and fast. The staff was helpful and attentive. everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!
