Do not make any purchases from the company.
I consider this to be the worst Israeli company. The company will take your money and will not assist you in any way. No support center, no single point of contact. This company is not worth your time.

Sad that you don't have zero stars. Sold me a return flight to Australia (travelling with two small kids). Confirmed flights and paid a premium for the most direct route. I check the meal plan a week before we return home only to find that they cancelled a resold our flights the day after we left Israel. I spend my whole last week trying to get my confirmed flight back, they just lie and lie and lie and finally after they promise me that they have sorted things out as best as possible with confirmed flights from Syd to Hong Kong to Rome to Tel Aviv (Instead of syd hk tlav) we arrive in Rome only to discover that they have waitlisted us again and resold our flights. We observe Shabbat and its Friday. In the end the guy at Elal in Rome cancelled 3 other people's flights to get us home. Transit time 46 hours instead of 26. Response from Issta - we will give you $75 discount if you fly with us within a year.

I order a flight with them.
Wanted to change after. Impossible to join customer support. By mail, by whatsapp, by phone. They just dont answer. Avoid yourself lot of pain and craziness and book directly with the company.
Low Price but inexistant customer support. I will probably loose 200 dollars because of them.
They just don't answer the phone,whatsapp,email.
El Al and LastMinute cannot help and redirect to Issta that don't answer.

Four months ago my wife and I and our three children visited Israel for one month.
We live in Los Angeles and always dreamed of going to Israel and visit Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Eilat.
We bought a vacation package from USA to Israel. After two weeks in Tel Aviv, decided it was time to go over this beautiful state.
We went into a branch of the company Issta. We bought a weekend in Eilat. Hotel 5 stars. And on Sunday we went up north to the Dead Sea (through Issta).
After 3 days at the Dead Sea. We realized we were close to Jerusalem. So we went to Jerusalem!
We visited the Western Wall and Old City neighborhoods. We visited the Yad Vashem Museum, commemorates the last horrors of the Holocaust on the Jewish people.
By the way. Jerusalem at night Vipassana is one big!
Clean air, the air of Bible, we only read about but never really felt. Everything is in Jerusalem.
Okay, after three days in Jerusalem. We drove north again. Time to Tiberias.
Tiberias is an ancient city and is very important to Christianity.
At the foot of the city, is the Sea of Galilee. Around the lake there are dozens of hotels rated from 3 stars to 5 stars deluxe. We stayed for the weekend. Of course we enjoyed insane levels.
On Sunday morning we returned to Tel Aviv with a big smile. We stayed a week in Tel Aviv.
There are lots of hotels in Tel Aviv. Of course again we bought a vacation package through Issta.
Tel Aviv there are countless things to do. We ate in restaurants very delicious and very cheap, we visited Eretz Israel Museum, we visited the beach every day! Morning, noon and night ..
After another week we returned to Tel Aviv to Los Angeles feeling we've seen a lot! But we have not seen enough!
But we will be back! Next year we'll do everything from Los Angeles to Israel, including trips around the country, through Issta!

i always order my flights and hotels with issta.co.il website, they are the biggest travel agency in israel with over 50 branches so i know i can trust them and they are very cheap.

usually i book flights & hotels from new york to tel aviv.

the only problem is that they don't support English, only Hebrew
