The item hasn't arrived and I haven't had any communications. I emailed yesterday politely requesting an update on the order after a week of silence and didn't even get a reply.

I purchased a Hegel 190v from Holburn online on the Sunday before Christmas. It was an ‘open box’ offer that was too good to miss. To my amazement, I received the shipping notice on the same day. It was picked up on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday. Many thanks for your brilliant service. Although it was ‘open box’, it had all the original packing and in perfect condition. I might add that it has totally transformed my Dynaudio Special 40 speakers. My music has been taken to another level. Money well spent! I would have no hesitation in recommending Holburn online. Great service! Hard to find spare parts, in stock, competitive price, delivered soooo quickly and realistic delivery price.

I went back to Holburn HiFi in Aberdeen , 38 years after buying my first system from them, to upgrade my Dual 505 turntable. The staff had all changed but I still got the same knowledgable advice, the same friendly service and a choice of high quality products.
My only complaint was the price of their turntables has gone up a lot!!:-)
What a great store and glad to see they are still there and doing well after all this time.

Sold out of last cable listed online so Holborn sent me the next cable in the range at no extra cost despite being a little more expensive. You can’t ask for or expect a better response than that.

Very prompt, efficient and helpful service - particularly when I inadvertently put down the wrong collection point!

It was my first time visit to Holburn Online and we were made to feel very welcome. I had just bought my first turntable after many months of thinking about it, a Rega Planar 3 RS. Christian showed us how to set it up in the listening room and he played a few records for us. I had also been contemplating upgrading my speakers but was honestly lost in what to go for considering my budget. The speakers I had were more than adequate but in a large living room, although they had a lot of detail, they lacked the bass to fill the room. Christian demonstrated some Fyne Audio floorstanders and I was sold. I know it's a cliche, but I heard deep bass drums on a very familiar song that I had never heard before. The speakers were amazing. Christian was more than patient with us as we played many tracks that morning and we hadn't even requested a listening appointment. Christian explained everything thoroughly and never pressured us to buy, just was laid back and looked like he was enjoying the songs along with us. We had to look through their vinyl collection, but had to stop as they had so many excellent records, otherwise I would have spent much more than I already had. Having recently moved to the Aberdeen area, I was wondering where I should buy my next hifi items from and I am more than glad that I went to Holburn Online. Thanks very much for your help and guidance Christian, you've got yourself another long term customer, I'll be in to check out your LPs soon, but not too soon :-)

Incredible experience at Glasgow Audio helped the team helped me pick out my first MC cartridge and pre amp then when I went to pick it all up they even fitted the cartridge to my turntableand even helped me to the car with it all .
