Not impressed! I found the agent who came to value my property came across condescending. I wasn’t impressed when he got out his laptop to show me what other similar properties in the area were selling for. Who cares as the properties he was referring to didn’t match our property. I got the impression he was after a quick sale to add to his list. We have decided to hire an independent estate agent who gave us a more personal touch.

My sales progressor was very helpful at every stage of my mother's house sale. Nothing was too much trouble.

Sheryl was excellent through what turned out to be a very difficult exchange/completion process. She communicated very well and was patient while remaining professional

Patience is the key, Holden were patient with my house to sell for the best possible price . Other Estate Agents may claim they can sell your house cheaper but this is a false saving as they may end up selling your house cheap…! Holden may sell very quickly but if not don’t be disappointed as be confident they will sell.

The whole team at the Mapperley branch were great, from start to finish. They were efficient, accommodating, transparent and helpful. I would totally recommend them. In particular, Josie, Ella and Eleanor were fantastic.

She was absolutely incredible at her job and was SO efficient, showed massive initiative and drive throughout the process and did all she could to get us over the line with exchange. I can’t praise the staff highly enough from Ellie who showed us round our soon to be new home to Archie who is now looking after us throughout and is very professional but easy going.

From the initial valuation to exchange of contracts the service has been first class. Amy Price has done a sterling job of progressing the sale, not only was she so approachable but we always knew where we were as her communication was excellent. I am in the process of buying a house with Holden and Copley at the moment. Ella has been brilliant at making it as stress free as possible.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Holden and copley and Ella. They have made the purchase of my first home very smooth and enjoyable.

Jasmine was incredibly helpful and proactive. At times the completion/sale process ground to a standstill but she always kept pushing and chasing and did all she could to get matters completed.

In short- I have no doubt that jasmines proactive and helpful nature got the sale over the line. Highly recommend.

We have been very pleased with the whole Holden Copley team, starting with the valuer, particularly all the staff at the Long Eaton branch. Everyone of them were a delight to deal with and always so helpful. In the latter stages Karen Eccles worked hard to progress things through to contract exchange and completion. Unfortunately she was the only one we didn't actually get to meet in person.
If we decide to move we would definitely use Holden Copley again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Best estate agent I’ve ever had. Fantastic communication, great etiquette, brilliant marketing, I really can’t fault them. They managed to get a really good price for our unique house, and it always felt like the team were truly on our side. Would highly recommend!
