Additionally the team are sensitive to what is a difficult and emotional transaction. I have no hesitation to recommend Holden Copley to others.

I am very confident to recommend H&C as an excellent estate agent. All the team conduct themselves in a very professional manner. The responsiveness is always as you would wish. They communicate well as a team and it always felt like they were on the same page as me no matter who I spoke to. Glad of the team’s support in what has been a very difficult time for me manage personally.

My experience selling my property with Holden Copley has been excellent from start to finish, excellent initial valuation from Joe, who explained about the local area pricing and how my property compared to others, he had lots of useful stats for me to look at as well, which was helpful. Excellent photographer and subsequent sales details, quick and responsive making appointments for viewers and someone to talk through offers with. Where Holden Copley really shone however was their after sales support, Josie's co-ordination of the chain was excellent, she provided updates and ensured queries were answered, selling in a chain isn't easy, having Josie to ease the communication and ensure all parties were kept updated, was so helpful and very much needed, made the experience a much less isolating one. So I would highly recommend Holden Copley, with no reservations at all. Just to add that my experience wasn't easy as the chain did break however Holden Copley supported me at every stage and I am now looking forward to moving into my new home.

we had nothing but excellent service from Jasmine Lawton from the Long Eaton branch, even when at times she must have felt like i was stalking her with my e-mails she always was very prompt, professional and friendly with her updates, and eventually we are in our new home.
