Wow what a great experience with Holden Copley, first time using these guys and I was not disappointed, let’s start with the viewing, the guys in the office did everything to make my appointment for the viewing as smooth as possible, then the viewing itself which was carried out by Simon was very professional, he was very knowledgeable about the property and made the viewing experience a good one,
Then when entering the office to put in an offer I was made to feel very welcome and was greeted by Ella and Archie, once again very professional and calming and they were both very helpful in what was a big decision but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed, from putting in the offer I have been made aware very promptly of any updates, after using other estate agents in the area I can’t recommend Holden Copley enough

I had an appointment to view a house today at 4:00 PM, which had been confirmed through two text messages, one email confirmation, and a preliminary phone call.

I arrived at 3:45 PM and stayed until 4:18 PM. During that time, I drove around the area three times and also walked around on foot, trying to find a house that matched the one shown in the listing photos.

Nobody showed up, I received no phone call, and after I made three attempts to contact them myself, I was simply told that they would look into it. I couldn’t even find the property, despite this being a new development with only around 30–35 houses built at this stage.

This was an extremely unprofessional experience and showed a complete lack of interest or respect for the customer’s time. The vague responses I received, both after contacting them and throughout the whole process, only made the situation worse.

Based on this experience, I certainly would not recommend this company.

If required, I can provide Colden with screenshots of all the messages and the email I received confirming the appointment. However, the easiest solution would simply be for them to check their own records and identify where their mistake occurred.

From the beginning to end the house sale was seamless. I was kept informed on a weekly basis around the progression and Sheryl was brilliant. She called me weekly, and let me know where the solicitors were with their enquiries.

I’m so relieved I didn’t opt for one of the myriad of firms out there stating you can sell your property almost no fee. These sites are a nightmare and you get what you pay for.
