After my experience with Holden Copley, I cannot express in words just how much they care. When it came to house viewing and advise, really looking to find something that catered to my specific needs, they found me an array of homes and eventually the perfect house.
Not only that but they were so attentive during the purchase, checking in and offering assistance wherever it was possible.
Karen especially in the Sales Progression team was truly a saint. She helped when the sale slowed, when I needed help with just genuine first buyer concerns outside of the actual purchase, and in general just made sure that I felt comfortable and happy as it progressed.
Every person I have met on this year long house search has been truly genuine and they care so much about people over sales, I can't imagine using another company for any future moves.

As the purchaser of a property being sold through Holden Copley, I had no part in choosing who I dealt with for the progression of the sale. I have to say however that Lianna Vocaturo - Senior Sales Progressor was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I actually ended up with "estate agent envy" because she was so much more attentive than the ones I appointed for the sale of my property.
