Property sold quickly , staff pleasant, easy process.

Am in the process of buying a house, they are very good at helping me out when am not sure what to do, I would definitely recommend Holden Copley,

We used the Arnold branch of HoldenCopley to sell our first property and had a great experience throughout the process.

The sales team kept us well informed after every viewing and provided feedback promptly, which made the whole process much less stressful. We were initially considering the auction route, but the team advised us to sell through the traditional method instead. We trusted their advice, and it proved to be the right decision.

A special mention to Sheryl, our sales negotiator, who was always available to answer our questions and played a huge role in keeping the sale moving by proactively chasing all parties involved.

The entire process was straightforward and well managed from start to finish. We would definitely recommend HoldenCopley to anyone looking to sell their property.

I can't recommend HoldenCopley highly enough, and Lianna in particular was outstanding throughout the sale of my property. From start to finish she went above and beyond — always one step ahead and genuinely invested in getting the best result for me.
Her communication was first class. I was kept updated at every stage and never once had to chase for news, which made the whole process so much easier. Lianna clearly knows her stuff too; her knowledge and advice were spot on and gave me real confidence in the decisions we were making.

I had a previous difficult experience and was very anxious going into another purchase - Esta provided reassurance in her actions by keeping good communications with myself and the vendor - going that extra mile to provide me with information I required to be reassured and confident before entering into another sale.

We had superb support from Kerry through a difficult sale.She kept us informed and calm when the buyer decided to withdraw from the sale. She then helped the buyer with his queries so they came back and today all was completed. Thank you.

Holden and Copley have been absolutely amazing - they have made the process of buying our first home so smooth and easy. Melissa especially has been on the other end of the phone/email the whole time keeping us updated and informed, she’s been amazing. We also couldn’t have done any of the process at all without Lucy from Arnold who really helped us out and gave us advice when needed! Chloe from Mapperley has also been so helpful and replies so quickly, making the whole thing so easy.

Initially a delay in fully marketing our property. Since then we have been fully informed and the Senior sales assistant Ella Simpson could not have been better.

I was the buyer and the sellers had not even started looking for property until over 2 months after I made my offer. I was not informed of this, told at the start they wanted to progress quickly and used this to leverage a higher offer. I think this was dishonest as the sellers were not ready to sell at this point. Then they left me with no updates or information until I chased more aggressively. Holden Copley while often available on the phone were not prompt on updating me about what was going on. The person allocated to my purchase was on holiday frequently so they were often not available to speak to. In the end my purchase completed with only 10 days left until my mortgage offer expired. It was a stressful 5 1/2 months not knowing if it was going to go through or not. They were friendly and professional in their approach.

Josie was so helpful and always there when I was panicking. Lovely to hear her calming, cheerful voice. She’s also very knowledgeable in her field.

Very efficient from start to finish. Managed marketing, selling and viewings on the property from early March to completing at the end of May. Was kept up to date on progression and information. All the staff very welcoming and friendly.
