Excellent beautiful caravan . Andy was so helpful with questions..booking experience straightforward..always kept up to date with emails. Our little break was just what we expected. Will be definitely booking again thru Andy.

A bit of a faff to book as you have to pay then let Andrew know its been paid then registering with Haven and waiting til 4pm for the keysafe number to be emailed to you . The lodge was exactly as pictured and was lovely with a comfortable bed. I would give it 4 stars for cleanliness but nevertheless it was very well equipped and in a lovely quiet position overlooking the lake.

Andy was easy approachable as I contacted him over the key been stiff and was scared of damaging the lock/key. Maintenance team came out and resolved the issue all sorted within 24 hours. overall very happy with the caravan

I didn’t like that it was so difficult to unlock and lock the main door. Was constantly worried that the key was going to snap. The dining table and small coffee table felt sticky and dirty due to a build up of cleaning fluids. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Adequate for the money.

Fabulous holiday great caravan in superb location. Much larger than usual caravans with extras eg washing machine and clothes washer. Incredible comfortable mattresses to. Great communication and support from Andy too.

We had an absolutely amazing family stay here. The caravan was perfect and above standards. It was a perfect location and had everything we needed, like a home from home.

Lovely stay once again. On this occasion there was no mattress or pillow protectors in the twin bedroom. The bin in the kitchen had a terrible smell, which I have reported to Andy. We will definitely stay again, hasn't put us off. Thanks Andy.

Absolutely lovely clean caravan with everything you could need, with beautiful views.

The caravan smelt musty and was not cleaned to a good standard considering, we had it for a week, put the hoover on to give it a clean and it smelt vile, was blowing out a terrible smell off poo! The whole caravan had to be ventilated all windows and doors open for a very long time, decking and furniture was filthy, radiator in bathroom was rusted out and no extraction fan working, I will not be returning there again.

The caravan was in a good position for the lakehouse. It was clean and tidy. No complaints. Would book again.
