We had the absolute best time at the Three Little Pigs! The big house experience and the owner of the property were amazing from start to finish!! One of the most beautiful and unique properties we have stayed in

An excellent house for our party. We would like to make a few comments - Kitchen good, equipment not ideal for us. No milk jug, mugs large and too chunky, drinks fridge would be good.
All the ensuites need toilet roll holders.
Our room -with wet room ensuite . the door would not shut. The plug in the basin did not work.
Croquet lawn needs mowing and fewer dandelions.

What a great find, service and venue were both phenomenal.

Organisation and information prior to our arrival was crucial and we were very pleased with the service.
Every member of the team that I spoke to were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The house was very well equipped for a large group there was 17 people in total. We had an amazing time plenty to do. Lovely view from the main bedroom looking out across the garden. Would definitely recommend it. Was really lovely to relax and unwind. Snooker room was a big hit with the men. Also a lovely big swimming pool.

Our stay at Chalkstream retreat was superb. A Beautiful house amongst outstanding surroundings, with great indoor and outdoor spaces. All bedrooms with modern and clean en suites, all guests had a great nights sleep! All of the facilities we required, with a well equipped kitchen!

Exceptionally large property, well maintained and extremely clean. Kitchen very well equipped with the almost necessary two dishwashers. Dining room had a regal feel and was furnished to high standard.

Grounds were large and flat area beside garden room was more than adequate for kids playing.

Overall an excellent property, situated towering over Keswick with the centre 15 minutes walk. For dog owners, a large park virtually opposite was ideal for early morning exercise.

A second wonderful stay at Tall Trees. A family group with ages from 5 months upwards, everyone had a great time. The pool and football pitch a big hit. The house and garden are both beautiful and comfortable. We hope to be back for a 3rd visit

White Gable House was amazing. My large family and I stayed for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday and the location was perfect. With rooms to accommodate 16 people we all had plenty of space to spread out and the Swimming pool, hot tub, games room and cinema room were a massive hit for us all, no one wanted to come home

Great house, accommodated the 25 of us (mixed age) with ease, wonderful location; efficient and friendly communication with owners and staff. All round, the Easter Weekend was a big success.

The place was ready for us when we arrived. Great space and very accommodating, and Stress free check in! Absolutely fantastic!

The house was amazing, the condition of it, the facilities, location, everything. The booking process was simple and all my questions answered in an effective and efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated all of the recommendations too for suppliers - we had a great experience all round.

Fantastic house for a large family getaway. Plenty of room inside and out the accommodated both grandparents and toddlers.

The service, as always, was seamless in organising the house. And Olive House in an excellent house. Private, peaceful and beautifully maintained. All of the 10 bedrooms were fantastic and extremely comfortable. The facilities are wonderful - swimming pool, tennis, sauna, jacuzzi, pool table etc, and a superb BBQ area great for entertaining. Would definitely return.

We have just returned from a very special break at this fantastic country home - a party of 13, 6 adults and 7 children from 2 to 14. The apple cabin has everything anyone could wish for, an adjacent building containing a spacious swimming pool, jacuzzi, table tennis and numerous other games. In the main living quarters, 5 large bedrooms, each having their own en-suites.
An enormous table seating the entire party and a fantastic log burner make the main focus of the living area. There is also a cinema/tv room should others prefer that option.
The outside seating area has views of rolling countryside.
Kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the needs of any occasion.
This was a 60th birthday surprise and the apple cabin gave us a memory we will never forget. Thank you to all those involved.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Courtyard Granary. As a family group of ten, age range 70 plus down to 3 years, the house was perfect, in our opinion, nothing could be improved. It was just as pictured, spotlessly clean, fully fitted with everything you could need and all of high quality. The games room, hot tubs and superb outdoor space were wonderful, beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Different sets of outside tables and chairs were positioned to catch the sun with the larger one next to the bbq for evening dining.
Everything about the house felt well considered and we cannot wait to return; no-one wanted to go home!
The communication with Big House Experience from booking through to arrival was also very professional.
We would award six stars if that was an option.

Beautiful house in a lovely location. Perfect for a family/friends get together and celebration.
