Both I and my wife are in our 70's with a few pre-existing health conditions which aren't too serious. Tried comparison sites and specialist insurers that cover pre-existing conditions but the majority of quotes supplied were unrealistic. Had not come across Holidaysafe before until reading an article about holiday insurance from Which. I obtained a quote and was pleasantly surprised with the fair and sensible pricing of an annual policy for both of us. Holiday now booked, with more to come. Thank you Holidaysafe.

The young man on the phone did well as he was in training so he was incredibly slow and he had a really strong accent so I had trouble understanding and had to ask him to repeat himself often

I can see the agent you spoke to is new to the team and therefore it can take them longer to go through the process whilst they are still leaning. I am confident this will improve with time and experience.
Holidaysafe does have both a UK and an Internationally based call centre, both trained to the same standard. It is appreciated there may be some apprehension when dealing with an internationally based team but I would like to assure you both teams are equipped to deliver the same level of service.

Easy choice

Absolutely unusable website

gave a policy without fellow traveller ...
Appears to have very 'bug ridden' coding....
Definitely a retrograde step from last years experience..
