I was scammed by this holidays tours llc 0521391444 and amani tours - 0567200016 .

I paid them for visa for my family members and got duped of my money .

They cancelled our trip and in March and still not refunding the money. They are not responding either on Mail or whatsapp or any social media platform. Not sure its a genuine company. However, registered a complaint in with consumer court.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company at all. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and they kept delaying instead of resolving issues. I also felt that they were not honest or transparent during the process.

Throughout my experience, I genuinely couldn't find a single positive aspect of dealing with this company. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel agency, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I strongly advise anyone considering Holidayys.com / Amani Travel and Tourism to think twice before making any payment.

I booked and fully paid for a group tour to the UAE for the Eid Al Fitr 2026 holiday. The tour was subsequently cancelled due to the prevailing war/security situation. While cancellations due to unforeseen events can happen, what is completely unacceptable is the way this company has handled customer refunds.

It is now the end of June 2026, months after the cancellation, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite numerous follow-ups by email and messages, I have received no meaningful resolution. Most of my communications are ignored.

The representatives I dealt with were Shebin and Shamsir. Unfortunately, my experience with both has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of responsiveness and poor communication that have not resulted in any refund.

What concerns me most is not the cancellation itself, but the complete absence of professional customer service afterward. Once payment was collected, obtaining updates or accountability became a challenge. As a customer, I have spent months chasing my own money.

I have retained records of payments, emails, and follow-up communications and can substantiate the timeline of events. I sincerely hope the company resolves this matter immediately rather than forcing customers to continue pursuing refunds and take strict actions.

It was a nice desert safari package they provided, was a great experience with our team!, All of our Fundfloat team enjoyed 100!

Purchased tickets not valid and they won't process a refund. Purchased tickets for miracle garden in Dubai and was refused entry as the park told us the tickets weren't valid

Rude customer service, they don’t mention when a amusement park is closed and don’t offer refunds or ticket changes. Very disappointed, worst ticketing company ever tried. 0/10

Recently traveled to Baku via holidayys.com. satisfactory service except that package price was a bit higher but it's okay considering that travel date falls on public holidays.
Have to mention the efforts and support of Ms.Nazia.She ensured that we travel hassle-free.

All was good, well planed, cheap prices. Kindly people aid you in every case. I am very satisfied. Come to Dubai!
