Lies to sell a product that doesn't work.

I have Alopecia, I was using another product and started seeing growth on my edges. I decided to try your product, not only did my new growth disappear, my top hairline started receding. It says it's all natural but it smells like minoxidil is in this product which takes my hair out. Can I return this for a refund? I've only used on my bald edges for one week. Hollywood hair super grow balm has lots of petroleum jelly also mineral oil that clogs the pores and scalp and stops hair from growing also I noticed the shampoo when I used it was terrible the regrowth shampoo it made my hair hard and sticky and lots of shedding after using the shampoo one time I do not recommend any of these products it's just a big hoax is not a good product cheaply made and not good for the hair don't believe the commercials

My experience was not about the product itself but the poor customer service. I purchased 2 bottles of the extra strength serum for my alopecia and the glass bottles were shipped in an envelope where, inevitably, one of them arrived broken. I sent pictures and I asked for a replacement and was denied because I did not pay extra for shipping insurance. Such a scam!!! There was no indication that items would be shipped in a paper envelope and without appropriate protections. I was offered a credit for the item itself but I would have to pay for shipping again AND would have to pay for insurance. No refund at all. This has been the most disappointing experience

This product has caused my hair to be brittle and is breaking terribly. I love the smell of the hair grease and growth serum. Smells like glovers mane. I won't be ordering anymore of this product. Haven't noticed any growth 🤬

I CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND SHE RESOLVED MY ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME AND HER RESPONSE TIME TO MY ISSUE. WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HOLLYWOOD HAIR BAR

The most horrible thing to ever use for your hair it is a scam so for anyone out there that says this works is lying I used the serum for two years and nothing happened I didn’t have edges before and I still don’t

Beware..The "extra strength" serum smells really bad. Opt for the reg. strength or suffer the smell. Please don't get the extra strength for faster results,which is more expensive. IT DOESN'T WORK!! As a matter of fact it does the opposite. It will dry out and thin your hair which will cause more hair loss.

It's been more than a year since I have been thinking about using this product. With all the reviews, I am not sure what to do. I wish someone could really truly tell me about this product.

This is the worst hair growth products i have ever used. It smells really really bad. I went around for a hold month with this stinky bad smelling stuff in my head to work, stores, everywhere where i had to explain that awful smell. To my surprise this STUFF!!! instead of growing my edges it brought out all the little edge hair i did have OUT!!!! Now i have none edges... I have to start all over again with my edges with some other product... OMG.... Tied of all these advertisement lies.... I don't recommend this.....

I have been a loyal customer for years with the hair company “Hollywood Hair Bar” I have spent over $800 on products due to the products being incredibly expensive. I did see improvement with hair growth so I continued with my support and faith until the big RED FLAG went up.

Today July 2022 this company is advertising 60% off the entire site. As I mentioned before I’m a loyal customer so I know the original prices and follow all the sales. I was very surprised once I received the multiple emails regarding the sale.

I went to the website and I was in complete SHOCK, they had inconceivable marked up the prices to extreme Heights as if they wasn’t already bad enough then pretend to drop them.

Ex. Their “Extra Hair Growth Serum 8oz” original $149.99 was displayed as $169.99. The $169.99 was crossed out to show the so called new sale item $149.99 which was the original price for years including literally two weeks before this 60% off sale.
They added this markup Sale and another code “Summer 60” which gives you an extra 30% off on the mark up prices.
Hollywood Hair Bar is advertising 60% off which in actuality the sale is 30% off, the same Sale they been had on and off For 5 months straight.

I used the Code “Summer 30” which gives you 30% off and code “Summer 60” which also gives you only 30% off.

I reached out to customer service and they had no explanation.

I showed them proof of the original prices and showed them how they marked up the prices just to hide under the 30% Sale they had going on for months. They pretend it’s a new Sale in all Reality it’s the same old one, trying to trick the new and old customers.

Please stay away from this SCAM!!!

Didn't purchase due to the many negative reviews, I feel as though I just dodged a bullet, a $50 bullet at that.

ordered the regular sized bottle i hate the smell!!!!straight peppermint and teatree oil,why couldnt it be a clean scent,floral or citrus?anything but that!...the smell sticks to my pillows and hair bonnets i can smell it all day while walking around at work wondering if other people smell it! Also 1 bottle was only enough for like 4 days in a row!!! how much money am i suppose to spend in order to see some hair growth!! how many bottles am i expected to buy in order to make it though at least a whole month without running out!!what a rip off!! definitely not an affordable product! price should be dropped if Im going to be expected to be making multiple purchase a month just to see hardly any results! so disappointed.

The delivery and packaging of my order were way beyond my expectations! The products? Not so much. After experiencing extremely itchy scalp and swelling, I decided to really search to find out WHAT ingredients that they put into their products. I discovered a MAJOR red flag…petroleum. Not petroleum jelly, but actual petroleum. TOXIC ☠️ for any surface of the skin 😳! I’ve contacted the federal health dept (& sent them samples of both my hair & each product from them), as well as hired a lawyer to sue them for false advertisement AND peddling products that contain highly toxic carcinogens that have been outlawed by the FDA. Just purchase another product or go holistic…unless you are looking to invite the unwelcome intro to skin cancer. I’ll post a link to my class action suit when my lawyer affords it to me.

It's NOT working after 4 months of usage. I have balding at my crown; edges and back of my head is thinning. No results at all. How all these ppl saying it's a miracle is beyond my comprehension. All I want is my hair back. Matter of fact I think It's Damaging my hair!! It's thin and brittle

This is a scam! Stay away from these scrams, they appears to concerns about the product being lost , but at the same time stalling for more time and don’t answer your emails or refund your money! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I have only been using the product for about 4 days (the extra strength serum). It is way too early to tell if it works, but the extra strength serum does smell terrible. It smells like extra strength sulfur 8 grease from long ago. I am only using it on my edges and I took a picture on day 1 so if my hair grows or falls out, I will have the picture evidence to support my next review.

Very Disappointed in this product!!! Made my hair fall out!! I thought it was something I did something wrong. It dried out my hair making it very brittle. Now I'm going to have to get my use to be long locks cut!! You people need to be shut down! Very Disappointed!!😠😠😠

So the 1st two bottles I ordered i saw tremendous growth. My hair had grew alot from using this product and then I got all excited and ordered another bottle about a month ago and my hair has been falling out since then. Everytime I run my fingers through it or use a comb or brush I loose so much hair. Now all that hair growth I had Is gone plus some and im not ordering this mess anymore.
