BUYERS BE AWARE!!! This crap took my edges out and I’m glad I DIDN’T USE THE PRODUCTS ON MY daughter’s long healthy hair… they LIED about the ingredients which I believe is the root cause of my hair loss, I THANK GOD my hair is thick and full so that I am able to HIDE the damages caused by using these products NEVER AGAIN 😡😡😡

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is definitely a scam. I ordered these products but never received them. Initially after I ordered, there was a tracking, but after noticing that the tracking NEVER updated, even after about 8 days, I contacted usps and they informed me that they never received a physical package from HHB, and that the tracking I see was only the shipping label that HHB generated. So after contacting HHB, they dishonestly accused usps of the delay. A second contact to HHB was another lie saying that usps said they will update me asap, but how was that possible when usps never even received a package? Thankfully I made my purchase via Paypal and received a refund after their investigation, but once I contacted Paypal, I also found out that HHB put my payment for the insurance on autopay to charge me monthly, which was only supposed to be a one time charge of the insurance for lost, damaged or stolen packages. So this is definitely a real scam! Also, the phone number is only a voicemail and I was never able to get a live agent. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS!

Ordered regular strength hair serum and edge growth .So far, so good. Noticeable thickness in my hair . I simply wash, apply drops. massage and twist it. every other day the drops are used , not too heavy,,,
As for the edge growth..only tried it twice. Oh yeah, the twists are a protective style. I choose to wear wigs for now. Will return with an update in 3 weeks.

If I could give no stars I would. I wasn't going to write a review but after I was told there is absolutely NO REFUND being offered this is a must. It's been 3 weeks ONLY and ALL MY EDGES FELL OUT. I never experienced anything like this before. When I emailed the company they told me that I need to go get an allergy test and post it so that they can suggest me to a product that will help my hair grow. Mind you I didn't have a problem until I touched Hollywood Hair products. I recommend to not buy because that's not how you run a productive business.

These people is a scam if you see anyone review with 5 stars they are friends with these scammers i tried to cancel my order with them and they said oh we shipping it out now after 5 days later i file a complaint with paypal and then they email me and said we cant cancel your order because its fast shipping and this is after 8 days and then paypal told that they refund me then they lie to paypal and said i said that the anount i paid was incorrect so paypal close my case and denied me a refund because the lie tbey said and i got proof that i paid the amount and plus i sent there package back without opening it now i got to get my bank involved im not letting these scammers come up on me for nothing straight snake oil.

I noticed my edges were thinning after using this product. Run FAR away from this company!!!

I ordered the whole kit for my hair, I don’t receive it when I was told it was delivered, I reached out someone emailed me back and said they will reship, I stated I have insurance on my package I will not be in town to just refund me my money, of courses they ignored my email after that, next I get a email that the order was shipped, I reached out again and stated I want my money back, why did y’all ship out if I said I will be gone, (so I won’t be there to get my package) so finally after two days they respond and tell me oh the order is already shipped but I told them I requested a refund and y’all ignored it and what’s the point of having insurance if you not gonna do refunds so of course again they never email back, so when it comes to getting your money they don’t respond, they respond to what they wanna respond too, the customer service is horrible, they was gracious enough to reship but if I’m not there I guess I will never receive so my money is just gone down the drain

I ordered 2 bottles the regrowth serum I only received 1 bottle I sent an email nobody responded. I would like what I paid for

This is the truth .. I can only imagine what my hair is going to look like by the end of the year .. I am sooo happy I found this .. my hair is fuller thicker softer and definitely getting longer .. now I only bought the serum .. now I will be purchasing the entire set.. I’m so in love not only with my hair but Hollywood hair bar/ growth. Yal the bomb!!!😊🌞

Thank you all for your reviews , they almost had me I was about to enter my credit card information and check out , but I wanted to see before and after pictures because one lady hair was sooo long . So I looked for reviews and they had a few so I looked up reviews online and found trustpilot . Thank Goodness !!!Bad enough we’re trying to grow our hair and its making people hair fall out !!!! If I could give them a negative 50 stars I would. Not only did the product NOT work, it shows up white by the end of the day. The worse part of it all, is their customer service. Once I’ve tried several ways to use the product (wet or dry hair) I’ve emailed to let them know my experience and ask for options of a refund or credit to purchase other products (like serum, etc) NO RESPONSE! Went to the IG direct message, NO RESPONSE! Comment asking for them to review the email NO RESPONSE and deleted the message. I direct message the owner, NO RESPONSE! Place a couple of comments on the pages again NO RESPONSE! What a slap in the face, disrespectful, and no business should succeed with bad customer service.

I purchased a few years ago, I didn't notice chance in my hair. Then later, I ordered the edge control but their website switched it once you click the confirmation on payment. That's down right dirty and deceiving. I got hair grease instead, I know exactly what I initially ordered and selected. I went to the reviews and never seen anything other than all 5 stars, that's a red flag, they only show the 5 star reviews and delete anything other than 5. Don't waste your time nor money.

I am sooo glad I did not order this crap! I felt that this products was extremely too expensive! & there are NEVER reviews that are all good! So red flag for me! I had it in my shopping cart & removed it and decided to Google this company to see if there products really worked! And I finally got some real reviews & real feedback! I really appreciate everyone on here for keeping it 💯with mell!!! Anybody will try to scam you if they can get away with it! And buyer beware if it's really pricey doesn't mean it really works, It just means there greedy & hungry for your money! If anyone ever purchases anything from a company & you can't get a refund or if you get something completely different from what the company is advertising & they refuse to give you a refund, Dispute that transaction with your bank or credit card company! Because if you can't get a response out of them then that can work in your favor! Your bank will give you your money back or your credit card company! & they will also investigate there ass on your behalf! Because you should always be able to reach out to a company if there ligit right! Contact your bank, They will refund you your money!!! And good luck to you all and be careful out there & be safe!! And definitely don't order anything from HOLLYWOOD HAIR PRODUCTS!!!!! THERE SCAMMERS & LYERS! GodBless u all

I ordered the product on 2/18/23, they snatched my money on 2/21/23 & after a week I decided to try & cancel the order because they never sent me any type of tracking number. They offered me 10% off and are very responsive about the cart but as soon as you order the service goes ghost. They catfish me into checking out during the ordering, but once they get your money it stays in the "processing phase" if you reach out to them about your tracking number. PayPal should be ashamed for having this vendor on their platform. The company doesn't tell you that sales (orders that they haven't sent - are FINAL). They also try to scam you to buy "insurance" on deliveries when ALL of the courier services have automatic insurance if you don't get your packages. The website promotes that they're not responsible for lost/stolen packages (if they ever actually send it - which you should get a tracking number for). They told me they ship through UPS or USPS but when I filed a claim with PayPal they told me to give them another week to get the products to me. This scammers tell me that they are sending it via FedEx because they had to meet the deadline that PayPal gave them. It's a shame and the YouTube advertisement is mediocre at best - a lot of talking points. I wish I would've read other reviews on Truth Pilot before I purchased from this "thirsty for your money" company.

I purchased from this company and my order was lost in transit. I reached out to the vendor and was informed to give it some more time. I contacted the fed ex and they informed they do not know where the package is. I placed the order at the end of January and a representative by the name of Alisha informed to give it more time. After waiting another 3 days I emailed the company back and they didn’t respond. I have screenshots and emails to backup the unprofessionalism of this company.

I wish I could put no stars—poor customer service. Ladies/Men, Make sure you all read the disclaimer. They WILL NOT REFUND!!!! So if you ever have an issue with the product or order something that you don't want, they will not refund your money😡🤬🤬 I have stressed I don't want your product and they refused to give my money back.

I decided to purchase the hair serum growth due to the lack of negative reviews, but one thing that bothered me was the lack of before and after pictures. Nonetheless, I decided to buy it. I can assure you that this serum contains nothing but mint oil and will do nothing for your hair. Is it possible to improve your edge?Absolutely no.

The oil and grease is ok but that gel is atrocious it makes your hair look gray and doesn't flatten the hair and makes me not wanna buy anything ever again if so just the oil n grease but the gel is terrible it's so bad I wanna toss it outside like a frisbee anyway idk when I'm buying more and on Instagram I told them they so sensitive they block me so Facebook it is until they get upset again lol anyway if I buy somethin again it's gonna be awhile lol

I do not believe any of the hair growth stories or videos, this product made all of my hair fall out, I won't be buying anymore you've been warned.

I brought the whole line of Hollywood Hair Bar product back in 2020. The hair serum and hair oil dried my hair out and stripped my hair. This product is a lie and waist of money. Poorly made product. Rip off! Fake!. You have been wormed. 😨😱😡
