I am still waiting for my order or my refund that i have emailed and asked for twice already. I placed a order on feb 7 and wait 2 or 3 weeks before reaching out expressin my concerns they finally got back to me feb 23 saying id be recieve my order that week well here i am still waiting i send another email march 4 asking for my refund for the second time I am still waiting to a response. I dont want no discount on my next order just PLEASE send my refund ASAP

Received wrong product. All my calls and emails to resolve this issue were ignored. After one month, I filed a credit card dispute to reverse the charge.

Scam!!

Just like other reviewers, I ordered two products on January 26, 2025. The growth serum came mid-February 2025, but the HHB High Frequency Growth Wand has yet to be delivered. The order shows delivered. They keep sending BOT responses and promises that are not met. If you can't deliver the product, refund the customers money timely. I will never order from this company again.

Have not received my product. It’s been over a month. Keep saying it’s on the way.

I gave them a 5 star jus cuz my product actually came as ordered the only flaw is the shipping process-takes forever.. ordered in January and receive it in February.

Order fulfillment is trash. I ordered 2 products, hair growth serum and high frequency growth comb. I receive a small package with just the growth serum. Packing slip showed both products being delivered. Obviously the comb wouldn't even fit in the package. After repeated calls and emails, no response. Happy to just reverse the charge for product nptv received but never expect me to do business with someone who will take your money and run off with it without sending you what you ordered.

They’re scamming people and when you tell them to cancel order because you realize they won’t ship item they don’t reply. Order #965505

I ordered TWO items and only received one. After emailing customer service they stated the order would be sent but I never received order confirmation. It’s been well over a month and I still am missing my product. I finally put a dispute in with my debit card for a refund. Shameful. This company will spam my inbox with their emails for discounts but cannot send the item that you ordered. SMH

STOP SELLING AND ADVERTISING PRODUCTS YOU CAN'T AND DON'T PLAN ON DELIVERING!
This morning upon reading an email from HHB that delivery is delayed for the product I ordered that's only coming from California only after a few days? My gut was telling me that this company is not going to send the product I ordered. All the bad reviews confirmed it. It's just so frustrating because this a is black owned business scamming the very community that is supporting them. Greedy. Dishonest. Selfish. Disappointing. I've been burned for the last time trying to support black owned businesses online. I am glad I didn't spend hundreds of dollars with this company. If I get the order I will be surprised! If the owner thinks that God is on her side taking people's hard earned money, well clearly she thinks he can be fooled too! You will reap waht you sow. And if they use the excuse of the fires in California, YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING OR ADVERTISING PRODUCT YOU DONT PLAN ON DELIVERING. If it's not sold in a store, I'm not trusting these FB and IG sellers anymore! They got my $30 I hope you are happy. But money can't but you true peace of mind.

Is ANYONE interested in a class action lawsuit?! I like many of you purchased products from Hollywood Hair Bar since November 28, 2024 and have yet to receive my orders! Just generic emails from the company avoiding accountability and providing refunds. After reading these reviews, I’m clearly NOT their only customer that was scammed.

I received two magic waters when I order one and a rice water. I NEVER received my scalp spatula. The had the ordasity to tell me it was delivered when only part of the order was. It’s been over a month and I still have yet to receive the scalp spatula nor has it ever shipped. This company is nothing more than a rip off. I will not be ordering from them again. For those reading this review you will find better results with Savory Naturals hair products.

Try Batana hair growth oil! It really works!

Placed an order with them on November 30th and received a 'delayed shipment' email a day later. A week or two later and still no updates. Emailed their customer service and they said they would have it taken care of that same week. A week later, still no update. Decided to give it another week, still nothing. Emailed them back asking for a refund since USPS hasn't even received it from them yet, and they say they're preparing it immediately while offering 40% my next order with them (and didn't even give me a code for it). I said I just wanted a refund at this point don't even care for the product anymore and they haven't responded back. Extremely terrible and TACKY customer service and business principles. I advise whoever reads this to SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I placed my order on December 2 2024 and still have not received no PRODUCTS AND GENERIC emails and text messages still no products i just want my money back sooo disappointed. Track number and order number given and nothing

I’ll start by saying I am an everyday person and I have no affiliation with this company. I’ve been burned many times by others which is why I came looking for reviews before buying new stock as it’s been a while for me and I don’t like surprises. I was shocked by the reviews because I’ve actually been shopping with them since 2020. I still have a big bottle of extra strength growth oil and it’s still giving me consistent, noticeable growth even with inconsistent use. If anything I’ve lost money on hairstyles because my hair grows too fast, I have never experienced hair loss and I’ve used the Rice Water, Growth Water, Edge Control, Shampoo, Growth Oil and Chebe Gold Mask.

This product didn't work at all on my hair. The company was not willing to return my money after I purchased it.

It moisturized my scalp big time! I feel like I see a bit of fuzz (hair growth) coming back around my hairline. I will now try the extra strength!

Yeah it's way too many good reviews on fb and no negative ones that I have come across. I'm not saying the product doesn't work or it does because I haven't tried it, but they're not showing the negative side of it comment wise. This lady claim to have sold over 1million bottles and not one negative review on fb. But yet I'm here and women are saying that it's a scam or their hair fell out from it.🚩

I wish that I would’ve read the reviews before i wasted my money on this bull, THIS TOOK MY HAIR OUT! instead of making it grow and now after reading the reviews, I see that I am NOT the only one, so I know that this is the culprit, and i only started using it a few months ago, about 4 months ago, my hair was a lot longer than it is now, I’m dam near BALD, and can barley put my hair into a ponytail, DO NOT BUY THIS, if you don’t want lose the rest of your hair, don’t be like me, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE BUYING A PRODUCT, my hair is way worse than it was before i started using this bull,DO NOT BUY IT!
