I propose a class action lawsuit against the HHB company for fraud. No one is receiving the product or refund.

Be cautious when ordering. After placing my order I immediately received this email concerning shipping delay (I xxx the tracking info for this review)

Very convenient excuse for them however, I have received no update on shipping and no response to any of the last 3 emails I sent over a 10 day period while waiting on my order from July 6th, 2025. I was sent a DHL tracking number but now it is suddenly not working after 3 weeks of no updates on their site. HHB customer service seems to ignore issues once payment goes thru but they keep sending email discount offers designed to entice you to buy more product although they cannot send current orders in a timely manner. Filed a complaint with BBB and my CC to see if they can resolve the issue.

So, disappointed in this company. I was up late one night scrolling and saw a Hollywood Hair Bar Commercial. I saw the wand and decided to put it in my cart. I wanted to see other reviews and see how much it would be at checkout but it ended up really checking me out. Frustrated, I emailed the company to cancel since it has not shipped and they claim they do not do refunds. I see that they are trying to give me a $17 credit, but I do not want it. I want my money back. Here we are five months later and I have no wand and no refund either. This was unfair and unprofessional on all levels. I hope no one else has experienced this behavior. Accidents happen, but for them to not even deliver the product, they should do better because I lost. They did not!

Terrible experience with this company. I placed an order in February 2025. It’s July 2025. I have not received my order or a refund. The company stopped responding to me completely. No refund no communication NOTHING.. highly disappointed

I placed an order for this product back on June 6. It was supposed to be expedited and here it is 3 July and I still have not received my product. I’ve reached out to the company several times they have not responded asking for a status it just shows that my item is just sitting no movement. They told me to check the tracking and there’s no update on the tracking. When they wanted me to place another order and send me a code they were very responsive, but when it came down to what’s going on with my order now, I can’t get an answer for nothing and I’ve sent several emails. I would not recommend ordering from this company because they are not responsive. You may or may not get your order here. I am a month later almost and I still haven’t heard anything and got my order.

I ordered several hair products on May 27, 2025, but I never received my products. I sent several emails requesting a refund, and I have not received any replies. This company should not be in business if they are going to take people's money and never send the products. I am very disappointed in this black own business.

Just like every other person on here. I ordered in May and now it is almost July and I have requested a refund multiple times and I have not received my order or any reply from the company when I emailed them. I hope Sherri Shepard knows that this company is not one she hould have been promoting on her platform. Very disappointed 😞.

Very poor service and reliability. I ordered products on April 4th, and had to email them because the order was taking a long time. Then I find out the item was out of stock, which was not listed as out of stock when I purchased it. I immediately asked for a refund, that they never responded to in over 6 email attempts. They failed to ship another two times, and kept trying to ship after I explicitly asked for a refund before they ever shipped on more than 3 occasions. I will never again order from this company, and I still haven’t gotten a refund and it’s June 24. Allegedly, the product is scheduled for delivery today, after I’ve asked for money back since April! It’s just disrespectful and un ethical to lie about availability of products and then completely ignore a customers request for a refund on products they didn’t have in stock! Their CEO can’t possibly know this many customers have the same issue, because if she does, she should be ashamed.

I placed an order in May and have not received my products nor any response from customer service. I ordered because of special in Sherri Shepherd show but I hope if Sherri knew that her guest and owner were ripping off people she would not hopefully had a Sherri Special. Terrible service indeed. I wish I had checked the reviews but relied on the owner being the face of the product and on the Sherri Shepherd show! They should be ashamed!!!

I placed two orders with this company may 10th,2025 and may 23rd,2025 i received my 2nd order but not the first order I have emailed,fb,insta and called all I got is bot responses saying the same responses were working hard or well look into it i even asked for a reshipment or a refund don't get offered those i been buying there products and received them in the past but everyone wants to get greedy im extremely disappointed!!

This is crazy.. I should have checked the alternative reviews other than just their website reviews before ordering..the wild part too is, their products actually work.. so why would they be causing a disadvantage towards their company? I don't get it? Still waiting on my item.. if they don't have items in stock, why have it as available and spamming you with deals? Don't tell me they scamming people? Maybe that's why they're not on Amazon anymore.

I placed an order back in January, it is now May and I still haven’t received my hair growth wand. They did well with communicating through email at first. The last email was pertaining to the shipment being delayed at the docks. Then communication just stops. I’m convinced that these people are making extra money on the side scamming. Where’s my refund?

Hollywood Bar is a scam. I placed an order on March 22 and did not receive my items. I sent an email to inquire about the order, and they responded with the following message: "I apologize for the inconvenience, but I haven’t received any updates from my team yet. Please allow us a couple of days to get back to you with a proper solution." Eventually, I did manage to get my money back from my bank!

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED, THE PRODUCT I ORDERED,, AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT MY FUNDS RETURNED OR I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTIONS,, IM TIRED OF THE WAIT AND NOT RESPONDING BACK TO ME,,

I did not receive the complete order. I pay extra for shipping protection, stay away from this company is a fraud.

This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them and I mean do not purchase anything. I have placed a $100 order $100 but still haven’t received my order I emailed them several times, and called the number and they said that the product is on backorder. But for how long? It’s been over two months have not received my order. Please save your money. Do not order from them. They are scammers and keep your money! I asked for a refund and then they responded with something different. Nothing about a refund or a credit. I asked them if they could send my other order items if one item was on backorder they never responded. Do not spend your money Im warning you guys and wish I would have read the reviews first.

I placed an order and received the shipping confirmation on February 8th advising it was shipped on that day via DHL.

On February 25, 2025 after not seeing any updates on the tracker I followed up via email. I received a response on March 8th advising that one of the products I ordered was out of stock but is now back in stock and I should see an update on the tracker that week.

After still no updates on the tracker, I emailed again on March 14th and haven't received a response yet.

However, on March 16th I get an email asking for a review of the products I still haven't received.

I sent a message via FB Messanger and another automated message saying they'll look into it.

Followed up March 19th via Messanger, March 20th, via email, March 25th via Messanger. On the 25th, they said they would get back to me in a couple of hours. It's March 28th I'm still waiting for a response or resolution.

This product broke my hair off. It dried my scalp, to the point of scales, then dried the hair to the point of breakage. My sister also used this for a couple of months and her scalp was burning. It began breaking her hair also. Purchased 2021

Made two orders a month ago and still haven’t received them! I even paid for expedited shipping. There is no actual customer service only email. The website also says no refunds! Never order from this unprofessional company!
