Placed an order June 2025. It is now October 2025. Never received order. They stopped communicating with me after a few promises product was going to be delivered. $43 gone

I have used this product for about six months… I initially had a good experience then I ordered a second time…. It took a month to receive my order then I ordered again on August 19th and never received it… the site says it was transferred to Amazon and Amazon cancelled it due to not receiving products. I have complained and sent an email but no resolution. I feel scammed

Ordered this product on 9/3/2025. I reached out several times, and as of today, I'm being told it's still in the scanning process with Amazon. I requested a refund. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered products from your company back in July. NO SHIPMENT and ALL I’ve gotten in numerous emails are excuses as to why no product has been shipped yet, what’s up with that???

I received my products (shampoo, scalp oil and hair tea) promptly after ordering without delay. I experienced minimum hair growth around the edges, however the product worked very well in minimizing itchy scalp within minutes after application. It helped create a healthy scalp which I had been trying to achieve for years and no other product worked.

I have been waiting since May, 2025 this company claimed that they went viral after being on the sheri show and this costed them to run off of product.I used their product one time and my hair grew. I then placed another order because they said that they received more products.. I decided to place another orders and they were communicating saying that I will get both orders in two weeks that have been over two months ago. I’m so disappointed with this company. I’m a black African-American trying to support my kind not saying that other people are better but we try to look out for each other. All I want is what I paid for and they have stopped communicating and I can tell that they have read my messages because it says message have been seen.

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier, I.am experiencing the same thing every one is talking about. I haven't received my product, I get emails for reviews, with credit. Ordered August 1st, September 5th cancelled by Amazon shipping for lack of product! $72 dollars lost, total rip off!!!

The first time I placed an order (Nov 2024?), I got my order on time even after reading unhappy reviews such as the ones already seen here that made me hesitant. I paid $160 for 2 8oz Extreme Strength Hair Oil and got everything fulfilled within a week or two. I wasn't able to pick out a free gift as advertised but I ignored all that and figured I missed out.

March 2025 I ordered the same items again and paid $218 this time. Since I was receiving 3 free gifts it wasn't a loss. I was only able to choose 2 free gifts of my choosing. The 3rd they chose. One of the free gifts I chose I was thinking about about buying anyway so I considered it a win.

Yet that's the one item I haven't received yet. It's now been 7 months. I've sent 3 emails and numerous texts. Responses by text seem to pat my hand and assure me that I'll get my order. Emails responses are weeks later or never. The only one I received reassured me that my one item is on it's way. Even with Customs and delays at play. My last item hasn't moved since March 17 2025 and I continue to get ignored.

As of today, I give up and will unsubscribe from their emails and texts. I've already found another company that is just as good, but has no complaints. Unlike Hollywood Hair Bar who has a rolling mountain full.

For a product that actually works and is neccessary, it's really weird how HHB isn't resolving itself nor it's Customer Service. Since it's given up on us customers, I'm doing the same to them. No more money to HHB unless they apologize, send me my missing item and are on their knees. I'm done with them.

I’m so conflicted…. I used to purchase this faithfully and it helped when I did my big chop which is why I feel stupid and had hope in the product but the new ways of them doing things broke my heart. They were texting and helping through my delays and then told me they were no longer able to help me via text but I needed to call and I did and left voicemails then it would be filled. Then I emailed they would respond weeks later and lie about delivery in two weeks only to say they switched to Amazon which I reached out and Amazon isn’t doing business with them but eBay is. It’s just disheartening when you know their capabilities. I spent $108 on many products and they have yet to send me anything even the products they randomly told me were back stock and now I’m stock…. What about everything else? If that was the only back stock why didn’t you place it in a box and sit it on the side to await the item then send it but no then another went back stock then deliver changed then it’s going to be delivered in 2 weeks…. We are in September and I ordered in June…. It’s heart breaking!

Trying to support and it was a bigggg let down paid for products 6-8 weeks ago and never received the products. Reached out to email that's provided on website no response HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN BEWARE BUYERS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. NEVER EVER AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD HAVE.

I ordered their product May 29th, 2025. I still don’t have the product and it’s September 2nd, 2025.They gave me a fake link for my items. They deleted any negative comments on their social media. Now they have blocked me on social media. They won’t send me a refund. They’ve completely ghosted me.

Just stay away. The signs are all there i. The reviews as well as mine on the site and here. Placed an order around June 7, 2025. Not a piece of the $80 order has been received. First email was responded to saying no refunds because of the “quick fulfillment & shipping”. Mind you it said it was fulfilled and then delayed two days after the order was placed. I waited close to a month before sending the email requesting cancellation and refund knowing it wasn’t coming. They hit the no refund ordeal and ensured it was on the way. They sent an updated tracking link with a different carrier and the same status of no movement.
Fast forward two weeks later closer to August and no responses to updates. Tried again about a week ago and they replied with the same message they have been giving others about the whole switching carrier services run around and that the order is still coming please understand and be patient.
Bottom line just don’t do it & it’s crazy what your own kind of people will do to you when you chose to support them while helping them & yourself out in the process & then wonder why we stick with the companies brought out & ran by other ethnicities still. At least they keep the products available or refund/cancel online orders.

I placed a $68 order with Hollywood Hair Bar on 7/4/2025. I had ordered from them before and received my order timely without issue. Around early August I still had not received my order so I reached out. I received a response that the shipment was backed up, they apologized, and asked for additional time to fulfill my order. I have reached out numerous times since then and have yet to get any response or my order. I hate being scammed and could have ordered the items elsewhere. It’s sad that this company has no empathy or integrity and I will caution anyone else that I can!

I placed an order on July 23, 2025. It is now August 30th, and I still have not received my order, nor have I been given any updates about my order. Do not do business with this company. I have seen reviews where other people are experiencing the same issue. They take the money, but don't send the products.

This company is now a ripoff.They take your money and never send the products.You can’t contact them by phone and your emails are not answered.If you work hard for your money and don’t have be money to just give away do not order from this company.

It has been well over two months since my order was placed on June 10, 2025. I paid in full, and a shipping label was created, but the order has not been fulfilled or shipped, apparently due to the Growth Edge Control being out of stock. As a repeat customer, a partial shipment would have been acceptable so that I could have stayed on track with my hair growth journey. Here is their response to my Face Messenger inquiry:

"We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused.

We’d like to inform you that the Growth Edge Control was recently out of stock. However, it is now back in stock, and we are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Please be assured that your order is expected to be delivered within the next two weeks.

Meanwhile we would really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to ship the remaining products separately. However, please be assured that we are doing our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Your order is expected to be shipped next week."

While I do my best to support Black owned businesses, I am very disappointed with the scripted response to my inquiry, and no one ever answers the number listed. I am also dismayed by the sheer number of individuals who are experiencing the same issue. How many others have received the same response?

Today, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also submitted a fraud report to the Fair Trade Commission. Others should do the same at the Better Business Bureau, and Fair Trade Commission websites.

It includes the Agent for receiving Service of Process if you are considering filing a lawsuit to collect any monies not refunded. Hollywood Hair Bar has been amazing for my hair growth journey! 🌿✨ I noticed my hair getting thicker, healthier, and growing faster after using their products consistently. The oils smell great, are not too heavy, and nourish the scalp. Customer service is also invaluable, and shipping was quick. I’m thrilled to have discovered this brand – I highly recommend it to anyone seeking genuine hair growth results!

I think we should all reach out to Sherri Shephard and let her know what type of business HHB rwally ia. I'm sure if she knew ahw wouldn't have allowed this on her show. Especially being a black woman (no disrespect to any other races), Sherri would be livid knowing ahe allowed thia woman on her show and is out here scamming people.
