I wished I had read the reviews before I ordered! Place an order in October 2025 and received the serum no problem. Order November 28, 2025 Shampoo, serum and grease and received nothing. I did email them and received a responses stating that there is a backlog and will send my products soon. I haven’t received any product or anything from this company. I’m truly disappointed with this experience and probably will never buy again

I placed an order on September 20th totaling over $100. The order has not been fulfilled, and I have only received automated responses instead of real customer service.

The company has failed to deliver the product or issue a refund. I am requesting a full refund and an investigation through my credit card provider to recover the funds. I also ask the BBB to review this company’s practices, as charging customers without providing goods or proper support is unacceptable.

First let me say that I loved the product. I placed an order in April and received my order with no problem. I placed my 2nd order on 7/26/2025 , never received it , when I inquired about the order, through email, I was told that they was switching shipping companies. After contacting the shipping companies, with the tracking number that HHB gave me , I was informed that they never received the product. Because I really liked the product , I decided to try again. I Placed a 3rd order 9/15/2025 still waiting for it. After contacting the BBB & the CPA ,I received my order from 7/26/1025 today 12/17/2025. Don't know if I'll ever get my 3rd order , but I'm one with HHB.

I ordered from Hollywood hair bar on Dec.2, delivery was within a week. Around the 5th I looked on their website and my account said that the order was ‘Unfulfilled’. I sent them an email but didn’t get a response until I sent a follow up email on the 8th. They responded to me and said they were switching companies. I posted attachments of the email conversation. Today Dec.16th I went onto their website and the website is completely shut down (the attachment with small words on the blank page), they are not accepting calls or emails. Also when I logged onto my PayPal account to dispute the charge I seen that they had put me on recurring payments and I never agreed to that, it’s a hair product store there is not a set total to take out monthly. That action alone gives me reason to believe they are scamming people. Please refund me the total back.

I placed an order back on October 6, 2025 and still haven't received my products! I even received an email from Tiffany the CEO of the company and she assured me that my shipment was being prepared to send out, that was on November 8th and I still haven't received anything or acknowledgement of my products shipping. I would give this company ZERO stars, but you have to choose at least one. This is horrible and terrible, terrible business!! 🤷🏽‍♀️

I placed my order on 10/28/25 and was paid for. I have yet to receive my products or responses to my email inquiries. However, they keep sending Black Friday emails for sales being offered. This is no way to stay in business. Especially with this being my 3rd purchase in supporting our folks business. So sad and they need to stand on the word and business for ALL customers.

Hollywood Hair bar is a scam they took my money in July and I haven't received my products and its now November I reached out to my bank and they refunded mey money however Hollywood Hair bar saud they sent me the product nope I promise on God so you're taking people money but no weapons formed will prosper and you will not get away.

I placed an order with hollywood hair bar on October 12, 2025. As of today November 28, 2025 I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling several times. I have requested a refund ASAP via email. I am all in for supporting black owned companies. This not a way to run a business. I no longer wish to do business with hollywood hair bar. I filed a complaint with the BBB the same day I filed this complaint.

I paid for my products never received them. I have reached out several times no response.

Absolutely horrible their customer service sucks I ordered the trio on 10/5/25 we are now on 11/5/25 I have emailed I have reached out via instagram took my money and the product is in a standstill don’t blame nothing on tariffs because this ish was going on way before then I support my people all the time but this is just absolutely ridiculous and they have yet to respond but I assure you I won’t ever use their product again

If I could rate them a zero I really would! Three weeks now I haven't received my order, not even a tracking number & they won't even respond to emails or direct messages on their social media. This truly is a scam! I want my money back! Sad to think I thought your product was good!

I was successful with their products in 2024 but this time they did something I did not like. Not only did I make an order of $102 with then after not receiving that order someone within the company used my bank card and purchase an additional product without my consent. Thanks to my bank they caught the fraud action. As of today it us being investigated. Now that I know it's shady business I will never order again. Love the product but HHB has robbed us all. =/:(

Hollywood Hair Bar is a shady company anymore. Several years ago, I bought hair growth products from them. The products did work grow my hair. However, it's their poor customer service and horrible fulfillment/shipping practices that have frustrated me. I ordered products that should have been received by now. When I visit their website to check the order status, the sane order that I placed two weeks ago hasn't even been fulfilled yet. I reached out to them via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Messenger, text message, phone call, and 2 different emails. Still, no response through either channel. When I went to their Facebook page to share and inquire about their recent lawsuit filed against them for fraud, guess what? They blocked me. They blocked me but have my money for these expensive products and have refused to give me any explanation about what's going on with my order. To top it off, I paid $4.95 for "expedited" shipping. This is more like snail mail. I nught not have mind waiting if there was communication from them but tbis is totally unacceptable. It's the principle of the matter. You cant swindle people out of their money then hold their merchandise hostage. To add insult to injury, you then ignore attempts to make contact with you. How dare you have the audacity to block a customer that hasn't gotten what they've paid you for. You have a duty to uphold. HHB is deceptive, fraudulent, and evasive. It's sad I had to run you down like this. They are already involved in a lawsuit from September 2025. Im not sre who are the defendants and who is are the plaintiffs. I hope the opposing attorneys are able to see my complaint here and prove your character either way. Im very tempted to put paperwork in on you. Buyer beware!!!!

I Ordered August 29, 2025 never received my order. Reached out Via Facebook and email. They said they are having issues with Tariffs. And please be patient it’s October 21, 2025. Now they don’t respond via email or Facebook. My order went through Amazon. Amazon cancelled the order said they never received the merchandise.

I hate to have to write this review cause honestly the products are great. But within the last few months the business practices have been reduced to outright theft. I was a subscriber since Spring- automatically charged and had the product sent from April thru August like clockwork. Who knows what has happened to the business but from September on- charged but no product. And customer service is completely non existent. The number goes straight to a voicemail, no response to emails. Finally after several weeks o came to the conclusion that I would never hear from them or receive the product I had paid for. I have since opened an investigation with my credit card company. We all work too hard to pay for something we never receive and zero customer service to rectify the issue. Unfortunately this company has gone way down hill and can no longer be trusted with our loyalty or money.

O stars!!!!! I am truly disappointed by this company . Placed my order 3 months ago and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email. I have emailed numerous times to receive a response that their product is on back order and or delay of shipping. I received one email with a coupon for the inconvenience. Today I received an email offering 40% off “Hurry product is selling fast “ I will never order from this company again! We need to send these emails to Sherry Shepherd and to the local
News station I am sure that will light some fire under their asses considering they were promoting on her show ! I wish I could give 0 stars !!!!

Took my money and never sent my order. Claimed they were back ordered in July ,contacted them in September to be told the item was back in stocked and would be shipped out. Here it is October and NOTHING. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you want your money stolen. Also I asked to be refunded and was told they don’t do refunds.

I order in July 2025 and still havent received my products (Oct). Reached out at least 3 times every week till now and the response back happen on 3 times. I asked fir my refund fir the laat 2 months and still no response. I ont have $72 to gave away to a business. Tiffany you are doing bad business. I wish I can give you a 0 for the star.

When I first ordered from Hollywood Hair Bar everything was fine with shipping and the product.

This time around there is a significant delay in processing orders and with shipping that I did not become aware of until after I placed my order.

I placed an order for over $100 on September 18,2025 and it is now October 6, 2025 and I still do not have any shipping confirmation. I have emailed them several times asking what's taking so long with the order and the only thing they can respond with is that they are processing it.

No where on their website is a notification about the processing delay and because of this, I will probably find another company to order from.

I place an order first week of September 2025. Until date haven't received my order. Even requested my reimbursement as the problem was on there side as the courier has never received the package from them. They not even suppose to receive a star. There is no star qualities here.

The amount of them not caring about the money that was spend and the
ignorance of not responding to all emails and the endless excuses. They really the most evil service provider I have met. This is a self-enrichment fraudulent activities. I hope God deals with them effectively. You can't be so evil and think it won't come back to you. the week in Oct was delivery date. The calendar don't go back to September
