I haven't received my package yet said on 10/22/26 it was being delivered then said nokne was home but it was then it said went back to depo
Then said 10/27/26 wrong building but that was a lie
I have been contacting then by email no response no number at this point im just over it . Im make sure I post this on all social media do not order on TikTok through this company

I ordered a boneless sofa on October 1,2026 it took 2weeks before I got a email or a tracking number/code some type of link hit the link nothing was working so I ask for my refund back whoever I was talking to through the email told me they don't give back refunds so every 2-4 days they sending another email saying my package is coming from overseas so it's going to take 22-44 days.today I'm just getting a email saying yesterday 10/27/2026 nobody was home when they tried to deliver my package so they gone try again today 10/28/2026. They don't have a number they also still trying to get money off my card

This company is a scam.
I placed an order back on sep 09
and after numerous excuses, if shows
my order was delivered on Oct 21. I never received my order. Do not buy anything from them.

I would give them. Zero starts if I could, i order the couch and my dumbass should of known it was a scam. I ordered sept 28th and got delivery updates. But then I realized they said they made a attempt to deliver but stated no one home second notice then stated couldn't access my drive way. What a damn scam!!! Never again.

If I could give negative stars I would. They lie about the delivery make up all kinds of crappy excuses and never deliver the product. They are a scam

Made two orders over a month ago and still haven't received either one. They keep telling me that they will get back to me. That they have to wait for the response of the delivery carrier to decide if I will get my refund or a new order will be shipped to me.

They robbed me of over $40 for two of the cushion chairs that they had on sale for $9. This company is a fraud and scam. I won't stop until they are no longer functioning becuae of thw lies. They kept sending false tracking knowing damn well it was not a product.

This company is a scam. I place an order on Sep 09, 2026 and have not received anything. Every time I track my order they have an excuse. The last message was my
order was delivered Oct 21 and I have been home all they

Tiktok is where I saw the too good to be true ad. Like a dummy I fell for it and placed an order for a boneless round love seat which came with a free matching throw blanket. The price was very low, they state they provided free shipping. However they charge you an additional $7.99 "secure deliverary" fee with a30 day money back guarantee. Shipping and delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Though I did receive an email within 2 days confirming my order. It has been 3 weeks now with no tracking information for my order. Just some bogus site that tells me my package is moving through the system. I have tried to contact this company multiple times via the email address they provide with no response. From what I've researched they are a bogus company and at best if I do end up receiving a package from them. It would be a pen or a pin. **Beware**

Been waiting 2 months, said undeliverable yet I love in an ungated house. Also had bank cards charged with out receiving what I ordered plus had unknown charges after I ordered. Don't recommend..
Also reached out to support twice and never received answers.

I place an order for one couch on September 11th the charge appeared on my card and then two days later i-69 charge up here than my card from some place that sells reptiles so I disputed both orders got my money back and cancel my card got a new card I'm still getting emails stating that it's in customs now I mean it's a different email every time so I got my money back but I wouldn't give them any credit card numbers it's a scam

This company is definitely a scam, made an order 10 days ago I never received no response back from them about my order status.

I tried contacting Home and Cove through the email, that’s the only thing provided, and never got an answer from them it’s been almost 2 weeks and my order hasn’t shown up yet and I’m not sure what to do there’s no number for me to call. AVOID HOME AND COVE AT ALL COST!! Do Not Order Anything From Them! I placed (2) Orders from them on the Same Day I received my Order Numbers for Both Orders, I was Able to Track my Orders then All of a Sudden the Delivery Truck Driver says he made an attempt to make my Delivery at 1:15 AM in the Midnight I AM NOT OPENING UP MY DOOR FOR NO DELIVERY TRUCK! He then says for Three Days my Orders was going to be delivered every day and it NEVER CAME then all of a Sudden The Truck Broke Down No I CAN NOT TRACK MY ORDERS ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE WEBSITE DOWN! No one is responding to my emails anymore and I do not have my orders!

I ordered two weeks ago. Never received a conformation email on my order to track or showing that i purchased anything. At first the website was letting me track the order then all of a sudden the trackin page has been down for a week. And i have not received my things yet.

Never received my couch that I paid for ! They took away my tracking number etc. it’s been almost a month and still never received my item I paid for. This is a scam and nobody needs to shop with !!

I feel like some of the reviews are lies after reading them and now have in made and order and NOT candle to get no response at all. I wrote an email now over a week ago all I received was an auto confirmation that the email was received. My order also was to be delivered this week and now it’s not due to arrive until next week god knows when because it stopped moving. This whole experience has been awful I will never order from these ppl again. I hate lack of information and non responsiveness.

I placed an order, my payment was taken, and I never received an email confirmation, receipt, or tracking information.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email, with absolutely no response. I even sent a final email warning that I would pursue further action if they failed to respond within three business days. Still, nothing.

What makes this even more concerning is the threatening warning displayed during checkout. The company states that customers who file a dispute or chargeback with their bank without first contacting customer support will be treated as committing fraud and face LEGAL ACTION, including recovery of the full amount and damages.

Think about that. This company threatens customers with legal action for disputing charges without contacting support, yet I have contacted them repeatedly, and they refuse to respond!

This warning appears designed to intimidate customers into avoiding legitimate payment disputes. A company cannot simply declare a lawful chargeback fraudulent because a customer seeks help from their bank.

At this point, I have no emailed order confirmation, no tracking information, and no response to my repeated attempts to resolve the issue.

BUYER BEWARE! I strongly recommend avoiding Homeandcove. Based on my experience, the lack of communication combined with their threatening checkout policy raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I have documented my attempts to contact them and am prepared to pursue appropriate consumer protection remedies. Do your research before trusting this company with your money!
