Have ordered 2 coops from you. Both are great. Both deliveries were delivered the day after the allocated day. Hens love the coops. Sturdy construction and instructions were clear.
Order came quickly, easy to find delivery notices online. Only one thing. Could the makers make these things easier to build. I’m a 62 yr old woman and going it quite difficult to build on my own.
A nice sturdy nesting box. Slightly tricky to put together as some pre screwed holes were directly opposite a very hard knot, so we moved them. Looking forward, hopefully to 5 families of sparrows mov... Toon meer

We’re sorry that the delivery did not arrive on the Friday as expected. Having looked into this, I can see that your order was dispatched in time for the advertised delivery date; however, an unexpected delay within the courier’s network unfortunately meant it was not delivered until the following Tuesday.
We completely understand your disappointment, especially when you were expecting it by a specific date, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Great Products, Great Service
PIggie needed a really decent quality new hutch. After a lot of research I chose the one from Home & Roost, due to its recommendations and service. Everything was excellent from the quality of the product to the delivery time. Very sturdy hutch and worth every penny for the upgrade from his existing. Most definitely will be back.

Bird Table and extras
Bird table is sturdy but arrived with one part of the slate roof not attached which was disappointing. Reasonable value and well packaged.

Fantastic product.
Fantastic product which was easy to put together and well made. Whilst the company was extremely responsive and helpful the courier company used was less than helpful when our item experienced a delay with no information on what was happening or when it could be expected.

My outdoor cat hutch arrived as…
My outdoor cat hutch arrived as promised and was easy to put together. It fits perfectly into a space against the wall and under the overhang of my house. As of yet the stray cat hasn’t gone inside, but instead sleeps on top with the little mat you kindly provided. I folded the plastic opening up so he could see inside. I’m sure in time he will feel brave enough to go inside. A well made product and good. Skye did money.
