Well made hedgehog house. Bought 1 for feeding station which is being used by hedgehogs. 1 for hibernation. Very pleased with purchases. Fast delivery.

Have ordered 2 coops from you. Both are great. Both deliveries were delivered the day after the allocated day. Hens love the coops. Sturdy construction and instructions were clear.
Order came quickly, easy to find delivery notices online. Only one thing. Could the makers make these things easier to build. I’m a 62 yr old woman and going it quite difficult to build on my own.
A nice sturdy nesting box. Slightly tricky to put together as some pre screwed holes were directly opposite a very hard knot, so we moved them. Looking forward, hopefully to 5 families of sparrows mov... Toon meer

We bought 27 swift boxes for my village…
We bought 27 swift boxes for my village (South Leigh, Oxfordshire) and we put them up on 25th April. We had four different types in the end and put up 35 in total. James was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would say your standard swift box is on the small side compared to the others. Also the others all came with a nesting cup of some sort with clean feathers. We created a nesting area @ 1/3 across the box on the opposite end to the opening by putting a smooth piece of wooden decorative moulding across and put in a few (bought) feathers to encourage the swifts to stay. Now we are just waiting… !!! Some of the villagers have swift callers to encourage them to take a look, but one thing is for sure… if we don’t have the habitat for them they can’t stay, so here’s hoping, x

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review, Jacqueline! We’re really pleased to hear James was able to help and that your village project in South Leigh is coming together — what a fantastic initiative.
It’s great to hear you’ve put so much care into preparing the boxes and encouraging the swifts in. We completely agree, creating the right habitat is key, and it sounds like you’ve gone the extra mile to give them the best possible chance of settling in.
We really appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you lots of success with your swift colony — hopefully it won’t be long before you’ve got some new residents in the neighbourhood!

Communication and Delivery was…
Communication and Delivery was excellent. The product is really good - albeit one of the pieces of wood frame was a little warped; however, the product still fitted together and was easy to erect with a drill. One person can put it together easily following the diagram closely. So good that this is a British made product - well done!

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Victoria! We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the communication, delivery and overall quality of the product.
We’re sorry to hear one of the frame pieces was slightly warped, but glad it still went together well and was easy to assemble. Your comments are really helpful and will be passed on to the team.
It’s great to hear you appreciate it being British-made too — that means a lot to us. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
The timber used to make the bird table…
The timber used to make the bird table was good, but the construction left a lot to be desired. The timber roof had gaps you could see daylight through, so no chance of keeping out the rain. While the post was put togther with quite sturdy screws, the rest was just staples that were not really fit for the job. So I had to use gorrilla glue to stabalise the post, and put roofing felt on the roof. So should be ok now.

Thank you for your feedback, Ross. We’re really sorry to hear the construction didn’t meet expectations, particularly with the roof and fixings — that’s certainly not the standard we aim for.
We do wish you’d contacted us before leaving your review, as we would have really welcomed the chance to put things right for you. That said, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and your comments will be passed on to the team for review.

I ordered 2 hedgehog houses
I ordered 2 hedgehog houses. They were a good price. Unfortunately one arrived with the tunnel floor installed upside down. However, when I emailed them to say that I needed a replacement quickly, they were very apologetic and a new tunnel arrived 2 days later. Just in time for my new rescue hedghogs arriving.
Thank you for such prompt remedial action

Thank you for your feedback, Leah! We’re really sorry about the tunnel floor mix-up — one of those “how did that sneak through?” moments, but we’re glad we could get it sorted quickly for you.
Great to hear the replacement arrived just in time for your rescue hedgehogs — perfect timing! We hope they settle in nicely in their new homes. Thanks again for your patience and for taking the time to share your experience.

Enjoy your new home sparrows.
As advertised all parts fitted together without any sanding or cutting of the individual wooden parts. Hardest part was actually hanging the long sparrow shelter/nesting box and getting the fixings in the right place on the concrete wall.

Thank you for your feedback, George! We’re really pleased to hear everything fitted together smoothly and didn’t require any extra work — that’s exactly how it should be.
It sounds like you did the hardest part getting it mounted on the wall! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and hope the sparrows make good use of it.
Beautiful planter and brilliant customer service!
I ordered the 4ft Sussex planter which was delivered very quickly and seamlessly. The planter itself is really lovely and of a great build quality. Unfortunately I had to return it because it didn't suit the area I had intended for it, but this is nothing to do with the quality or product itself. The return process was super easy and the customer service was fantastic! Looking at the other products, I will definitely be ordering some outdoor cat kennels for my kitties when we move to the countryside!

Bought three hedgehog houses and two packs of straw. I received three bowls and three packs of hedgehog food all for around £90 which I think is a good price for the quality. Predator proof and thicker wood than most for warmth and protection. Fast shipping and received in great condition.
