Sensible advice on which areas to search in an area we weren't familiar with. Proper research on pricing, what to offer and how to justify that to a vendor who was some way north. End result was a good deal done, satisfied vendor and a very happy daughter. Dan is worth every penny and we won't move on any other property deal without him in our corner. Not just recommended, he is a necessity.
