I can’t speak highly enough of Home Care Hire and I’m very grateful to them for the care they show to their customers. The team are efficient, helpful and really go above and beyond to help as fast as possible right when you need it. My Mum came to stay with us following an operation and when she got here I realised that she wasn’t able to manage to get in and out of a normal bed. When I contacted Home Care Hire, Owen was able to arrange for a hospital bed to be delivered to us the very same day, just a few hours after I spoke to him. The bed arrived in immaculate condition and was set up quickly and efficiently by another member of the team who was courteous and efficient. The bed has been comfortable for my Mum and the different functions via the remote control have been an absolute godsend in helping her to manage to get in and out of bed and sit up and lay down independently. Now that she is recovered enough to get back into a regular bed, Owen arranged to come and dismantle and collect the bed just a couple of days after I requested that it be collected. He even refunded my Mum part of the hire fee because we hadn’t had the bed for as long as the period of time that we initially paid for. What a fantastic company, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for a great service.

Owen, Craig and company were amazing, they sorted a hire bed for my father and made the process a breeze. From start to finish they accommodated our wishes and gave excellent service. I can't recommend this company enough, and I have no hesitation in using for any future hire needs. If looking to hire home equipment you will not be disappointed. I would give more stars if possible. A very satisfied and a very happy customer.

I’m new to writing reviews but this service is so good I feel compelled. Recently broke 7 ribs and punctured a lung in a cycling accident - spent 3 very noisy nights in hospital before fleeing - but knew that much need sleep recovery would prove very problematic at home after trying one night in my own bed. Called Owen at 9 that second morning and by 11 I had a fully functioning ‘hospital’ bed set up by him in my bedroom; suddenly sleep was something I no longer needed to fear. The back raise meant I could get in and out unaided and the knee raise made it more comfortable than my own bed. Hugely recommended and if I do have the misfortune to need a hospital bed in the future, I will be calling Owen from the ambulance.

Swift delivery of essential equipment ie electric bed and pressure mattress to help heal my fractured pelvis and nasty pressure sores has been much appreciated. The Homecare Team were fantastic from start to finish

Everything was excellent. The bed was delivered and installed (upstairs) without any fuss. It was in excellent condition, as good as new. Very friendly and polite staff, easy to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Home care Hire have been fantastic, from the beginning of my enquiry, to bringing the bed and through to collection. Owen and his team are lovely, friendly, helpful and very understanding. I had to have the bed installed and then collected at very short notice, but nothing was too much. They went above and beyond to make sure it happened within the timescale I gave them. I would recommend the company 110% and would only ever use this company.

Owen and his team were very responsive; delivering and assembling a high quality powered bed the day after I made contact. It made all the difference to my husband’s return home following surgery.

Requested a bed/mattress hire yesterday as my stairs are dreadful to get and down and after have a serious hip operation and an arthritic knee this was my only option. Excellent service and my bed etc arrived this morning and erected by Craig who was great. Thank you all very much, highly recommended.

I needed a hospital bed with air mattress for my father coming out if hospital at short notice. I phoned late in the afternoon, and the bed was installed efficiently the following afternoon. Great support on the phone.

Brilliant company came and fit my bed and one of the most comfortable beds, beautiful wooden panels and was brand new. Dealing with Owen everything was done with quick efficiency and professionalism. Really impressed with the speed of work and the prompt question and answers. Highly recommend this company as highly superior bed at a very reasonable price.

Just taken delivery of one of these beds. Delivery arrived on time, extremely polite and courteous gentleman from start to finish, he even wiped a laminate floor as it was wet outside so though not necessary it tells you everything. Top notch service thank you Craig.
