Home Cash Guys Reviews

They were very professional and accommodating to my situation throughout the buying process. Also really quick which was awesome.

Without a doubt I would recommend Home Cash Guys to any friend and/or family member. They are honest people and detail all expectations up front. They are also easily accessible which makes a big difference!

My name is Kevin, though Greg is not buying a property from me, I am currently working with him on a side project. Over the past (2) months it has been a true pleasure working with Greg the Owner. From my perspective, he is a stand up guy and a man of his word. I know in today's day everyone is skeptical about everyone else - but with Greg - you will never feel that way.

If you are in a situation where you need to sell your Property quick - Home Cash Guys is the only Co. you should call.

I am very satisfied with the sale of my parents home. I was kept informed through the process. Communications were often and supportive. Closing was done quickly. I am appreciative of the effort given to keep things running smoothly. Even being a distance from the property, it was an easy transaction. Thank you Carly and Craig.

I looked at a property they had for sale in Pottstown, and agreed to their asking price. They had me sign their assignment agreement with a non refundable deposit, and no inspection contingency allowed. I then was asked to sign their agreement of sale(not a PAR agreement) which stated that the property was being sold as is, and owner would make no repairs. It stated that is WAS contingent upon inspections, which was already waived in the assignment. Upon settlement, 2 independent septic inspections were performed and the system needs to be replaced at a cost of about $30,000. I asked Carlyne(the owner's admin assistant located in the Phillipines) to have Greg Yuter(Founder, Home Cash Guys) give me a call and was told that she would be the one to answer all questions. I asked a second time, and was told that he was not going to be reaching out to me. I would have thought the $27,000 wholesale fee that they charged me would have covered a phone call. The seller lied on his seller disclosure, as 2 neighbor's confirmed that the seller was dealing with septic issues for years. The assignment contract and agreement of sale give you absolutely no recourse. Please insist of using standard PA Association of Realtors forms, should you choose to deal with this company. I would highly recommend you to look elsewhere to sell or buy your property.

The Home Cash Guys are so great!! If you want to sell your house in a hurry, definitely call them!! No stress at all!! Everything was done smoothly. Within a few weeks they paid me well for my home. I had gotten married and moved to NY. Wanted to sell my house quickly with no headaches---and these guys were the answer! Didn't even have to be there! Everything was done electronically through email. It was easy!! Thank you, Home Cash Guys!!

Offer was good but everything up till closing was aggravating and stressful. First you have realtors come into the home without notifying us, they leave the door unlocked that anyone can walk in. Their partner or client urinated in the toilet and didn’t have the decency to flush. I was told HCG was buying the property to fix up and sell, then find out after seeing the realtor cards in my home that it was listed in the MLS to be sold as-is. Even the day before settlement I was still lied too. I would not recommend HCG. Probably should have listen to the reviews, but I thought since I know who the owner is it would be different.

Very polite and helpful sales associates, fast response. There were some glitches at settlement but the team worked through them to the satisfaction of everyone.

My dealings with Carle Du were the best, so easy to work with and all the transactions were done a short period of time. The owner Greg was a pleasure to work with. My home needed some help which other agents would of made me do but not Home Cashguys. Well done.

I love doing business with these guys as it’s as easy as it comes

I have purchased two homes with cash guys and the process has been smooth and stress free. Carly and Greg stand by their word and are very professional.

They were great to work with. Settlement was perfect! Very helpful and understanding of our situation. We would definitely recommend them!!

Wonderful company, we enjoy our experience. Polite and knowledgeable people who work hard for you.

As usual I got the old postcard in the mail as countless others. I got contacted by Tyler via the phone. I usually stay far away from these so called "cash buyers" but since being in the city on that particular day I did meet with him and let him see my commercial property. Tyler came with his contractor and as always he started telling me all the negatives of my property and why it's hardly worth investing in Philadelphia due to the difficulties from the city''s bureaucracy. Then why be in the flipping business? I do want to add that Tyler was respectful but with 100 million dollars of construction going on around me they knew this was a million dollar project. They told me they'd make me an offer but as I contacted them they said they wouldn't make me an offer. At least they didn't low ball me. I will now only deal with builders from NYC, North Jersey, Washington DC, Boston because they know what it costs to aquire prime real estate.

Great experience! Very quick and smooth closing.

Best service Perfect deal……

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and make sure its a smooth transaction from start to finish. Recommended!

I am extremely pleased with the whole Homecashguys' team. The property was sold and settled within a month!! They lifted a burden I wasn't physically able to deal with anymore at a fair price. It was a pleasure working with their entire team. I think the buyer can restore the property to where it should be so, hopefully, everyone benefitted here. I will definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home!

Greg & Carly were responsive and transparent in their communications throughout the process. I'd recommend and I hope to work with them again in the future.

Great service, wouldn't hesitate to do business again, was a pleasure.
