Home Cash Guys Reviews

I confess that I approached selling my home without a realtor with some trepidation but the experience with Greg and his team put me at ease from start to finish. I was contacted by Greg after leaving an email query on the Homecashguys web site and he explained the goals and the process and helped make sure this was the right way to go for me. I was left with no reservations or regrets at the time of settlement. When Greg said they would be taking care of everything he clearly meant that. Greg, Mike and Carly were always available to answer questions and consistently gave me timely updates on their progress toward settlement. I never had a feeling I was intruding on their time when I communicated with them. If this manner of selling your home is attractive to you I can recommend Greg and his team to you without reservation. My sincere thanks to Greg, Carly and Mike for the quality experience.

It was an ok experience

The best experience and quick responses. Truly appreciated. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Greg and his team are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. They helped me sell my home quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Homecashguys are the best home sellers that I have experienced. I bought two properties recently in very desirable areas and am happy with the outcome. There is no bureaucracy involved, the staff are friendly and closing is fast. I strongly recommend homecashguys for any investor who would like to rent or flip properties.

This company gave me a fair cash offer on my home very quickly. The company owner came by for a walk through and I ended up signing agreement right there. Greg was always available if I had questions. I worked with Carly and Mike in the office through the settlement process and scheduling the company partners and their contractors in to see the home. They were pretty on top of me when there were some things to clear up on the title so we could stay on track for the closing date. Closing was delayed by a couple of weeks and Greg called me personally to explain the delay. I appreciated that. They also were working with an understanding Title Company that made it convenient to sign closing and settlement papers. The main negatives of the experience were sometimes contractors did not close doors behind them as instructed, wires getting crossed between the office and me since communicaton was via SMS, and as mentioned earlier, feeling rushed on getting the title cleared (on top of packing and moving quickly). Still, Mike, Carly and Greg were very understanding of the hiccups I encountered and were patient with me during the process overall. I am so glad that the house is sold and that it will be enjoyed by another family.

My wife and I sold our house with Home Cash Guys and it was a great experience. Highly recommended!
