Joe arrived promptly at the appointed time, discussed with me what he was going to do, and made sure I was happy with what he was proposing. He then showed me the upgraded equipment, and why he was using new wiring. He then got on with the work, refusing several offers of refreshment. When complete he then demonstrated the new equipment. He left the site clean and tidy. Made sure I was happy before leaving for his next job. I was very happy and have no reservations about using again or recommending to others. Thank You.

Our fitter was experienced and gave us great service. He was knowledgeable & friendly.
We are really happy with the product, easy to use & help is always at hand.

I’ve used Homecctv.co.uk 3 times now. With every experience of their Midlands team being exceptional. I can particularly commend their professionalism and honesty. They stay completely customer focused throughout, I initially wanted a 5 camera system, but a complete review of my property lead to a recommendation for a 3 camera setup. This was installed by their outstanding technician Joel. I then had Joel back 6 months later to install a 4th camera, this was actually unnecessary but I wanted it anyway. Home CCTV could have treated this as a new installation but instead just treated it as an additional camera on the first installation saving me a lot of money. Again Joel was amazing and Upbeat. Jumping forward 4 years I decided to upgrade the cameras to include higher spec cameras with lights and sound. The team gave me an astonishingly good quote and the upgrade was done by Joel again. Any firm that can keep a technician onside, positive and keen to work for them for that length of time has to be good. The upgrade was a massive undertaking and was more a complete new installation as the new cameras all needed to be rewired and the recording box totally upgraded. I cannot commend Joel and HomeCCTV.co.uk highly enough.

Great service all round from initial enquiry through to home visit/survey through to fitting. Trev who fitted the system was very pleasant, tidy, knowledgeable and helpful and then explained how it all worked and helped us to set up the access on our phones. Excellent overall experience.

What an absolute gem of a company. From start to finish the whole process was communicated well planned well and on install day Trev was amazing very polite courteous and explained why the sensors were in the locations they were in, tested whole system and explained everything to me. What a top class experience thank you. 10 /10

Trevor recently installed our CCTV camera system, and we’re extremely pleased with his work. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood how the system operates. He worked efficiently and paid close attention to detail, positioning the cameras perfectly for the best coverage. Trevor was professional throughout and clearly takes pride in his work. He was also clean and tidy, leaving no mess behind once the job was complete. We wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and would happily recommend him to anyone needing CCTV installation.

Trev and Joe came to fix a couple of problems we had with our CCTV system. They worked efficiently and were extremely conscious of doing the work to high standard and that we were happy with the result. They both were very polite, knowledgable and conscientious. Very prompt for the time arranged after a text message to make the arranged meet up time. Eliminated the camera from the issue & found the fault, very courteous, tidy & confident young man, nothing was a problem to him. Would highly recommend thank you Joe

Trev was great! He messaged me on his way, listened to my questions (I had a lot!) and explained everything to me. He clearly knows what he's doing! He did the job quickly, cleaned up behind himself and all with a smile on his face! Makes such a difference in this day and age. I was impressed from the start when the surveyor Craig gave me a good demonstration of how simple the CCTV system is to use.
Trev fitted the system & did a neat & tidy job & managed to hide the control box behind my bedroom TV. Thanks guys!

Me and my wife where not sure on what security cameras to go for but after talking to other companies and the home cctv we knew which one to go for and that was home cctv excellent service when it came to installing the system the fitter was great friendly polite and explained everything he was doing cleaned up after he finished in each room we would highly recommend this company

This company is the best around had my cctv fitted with them the service and workmanship is brilliant and the after sales team are brilliant had a new phone for Christmas and couldn't get my cameras up on it there closed for Christmas holidays but still told what to do on Facebook messenger absolutely top draw company nothing to much trouble thanks guys 👍

I was quoted £2,600 + VAT for the installation of 4 cameras. I didn’t proceed at the time.

Just one week later, during their Black Friday sale, the exact same setup was advertised for £1,000.

That kind of price difference in such a short time feels very misleading and raises serious concerns about pricing transparency. I understand discounts and promotions, but dropping the price by over half within a week is hard to justify.

Based on this experience, I would advise others to be very cautious and to shop around before committing.

Already have their system and it has been faultless. Just needed a minor tweek and engineer James turned up the day they said he would and all sorted out quickly and efficiently. 5 out of 5👍
