Avoid this company (order #43910)

After waiting 14 weeks, I kept receiving vague updates and empty promises (“48–72 hours”) with no real progress. I constantly had to follow up myself.
First, I was told the order was shipped. Later, it turned out there were “logistics delays”. When checking the tracking code myself, it clearly showed the shipment was cancelled — without any proper communication. After a couple of weeks my shipment my package status was "destroyed".
They then offered a new shipment and a refund (€129.99), which is only about 10% of the total order value. On top of that, we still haven’t received anything to this day.

Conclusion: unreliable service, misleading communication, and no proper solution.

I would absolutely not recommend this company.

False delivery times, terrible service

Delivery times on the website are a lie, customer service is horrible. I placed an order for an item that the website claimed would be delivered in 7-8 days. When that time had passed, and the item still hadn't shipped from China, I got in touch to ask when the order would be delivered. They didn't know. I asked for a refund, which they refused, saying I must first accept delivery (whenever that comes), then pay to ship the item back to China. Terrible experience all around.

Edit - I placed this review after contacting customer service several times, who were entirely unhelpful.

I have ordered a lamp the 8 of january…

I have ordered a lamp the 8 of january and I am still waiting. Since the 20 of january it is written on the track "Await for transit to final delivery office".
I wrote several times and I have received very vague responses.
I will never buy anymore in this website and I strongly reccomend not to do it. I believe that my product will never arrive!

They wrote me today, the 30 of january, that they understand my frustration! But if you tell your customer that your order is arriving the 19 of january, I believe that is normal to be very worried. I really hope that the order will arrive, more sooner than later (and it is already too late)!

Un auténtico timo.
Producto chino, hacen dropshiping y no saben ni lo que te envían.
Muy mala calidad.

Compré una lámpara de 1.300 euros y estoy convencido que en china no vale ni 30 euros.
Además tardó 3 meses en llegar.
Cuando pedí la devolución me pidieron una barbaridad de dinero para el transporte, en fin, un auténtico fraude.

Fraud

This company is a complete disaster. I still haven’t received my product, and more than a month has already passed. They keep sending meaningless, generic email responses instead of real information.

This is very clearly a scam.

Beautiful lamp and excellent service by Homedekk

The lamp we purchased is of good quality and exactly as described on the website. We're very happy with it!

The support I received from Homedekk regarding the shipping (something went wrong with the track&trace), and regarding some additional questions I had, was very friendly, fast, and professional!

One downside: the lamp comes with a remote control that functions a bit poorly. That's a shame and not what you expect with such a lamp.

Do NOT use! Disappointing Experience!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Homedekk. My order from China arrived a month late, and the lights were defective and different from what was described. They required extensive proof before processing claims, so take a video while unpacking the box if you order from them. After two months of back-and-forth emails and detailed evidence, I finally received a refund. Despite discounts offered, I refused to keep the defective lights. I strongly recommend avoiding this company to save yourself the hassle.

Do not order! Its all dropshipping from china

It is fraud. Apart from the fact that all the lamps come from China and this is simply a drop-shipping company with a nice website, selling the lamps for 4–5 times the price you can buy them for on Aliexpress and similar sites. They make returns extremely difficult, with the goal of making you give up. They demand a video of the package being opened, otherwise they won’t refund anything. Stay firm! Under European consumer law, all of this is illegal!

The product is ok but import taxes make it expensive

The product is very ok, beautiful and well packed. However, it costed me 30 euros more because of import taxes since the product comes from China. So ok but expensive because of these supplements!

The cost of lightning 10 eur max

The cost of lightning 10 eur max. It came without boxes, without any instructions, just wrapped up to paper. For this money it is disaster what they sent. Don't buy anything over there.

Update: they dont return your money. Excuses, please wait, and nothing.
And all is sent from China. Your could buy it from aliexpress but cheaper if you want to try.

It is the cheapest china stuff. I havent seen such a bad quality before. And now they offer no return.

Extremely poor quality

The shipping may not be free as advertised as the products are send from China and it may be necessary to pay import tax and VAT. Same products can be purchased from Aliexpress for half the price.

I ordered two Kaelen lights. These look extremely cheaply (one would say it is worth 10 EUR max, not 140 EUR ) made and of a terrible quality. Arrived without manual, specifications, proper box and installation instructions. It is made by unknown manufacturer. Homedekk makes it very difficult to send it back and get a refund. After a few days I still have no information how to send the products back. I feel scammed.

I do not recommend this brand

Please note that the products come from China and can take more than one month to be delivered. Please also note that you can pay customs fees upon receipt of your order but you can ask for a refund.
I had experienced some issues with my order (lights missing and base attached to the ceiling different from the website).
Notwithstanding the reactivity of the client service and the effort made by the brand to resolve the issues faced, the final look of the lights once installed is not the same as on the website (less beautiful and less dense). Please be careful about that. I will not order on this website again.

I do not recommend! When returning the product, they kept 30% of the amount, which was about €117! I have never encountered such an approach from an online store before, and I am extremely disappointed—both with the products and their customer service.
