We had our 7windows fitted and both the price and workmanship was first class. Steve our fitter was very professional and finished our windows to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

The company was really efficient and helpful. The windows were fitted and installed in great time. The installer did a fantastic job and the company followed up to ensure everything was done correctly. Would definitely recommend.

I don't know who these people are but they have my details and keep ringing me. So rude. I answered the phone and could hear a conversation in the back ground about rat catchers! Then I kept asking who he was and what did he want. I don't want nothing from you so stop ringing me. But did sound like the man from from first home improvements so maybe it's something to do with them.
Asked did i want anything in next couple of years. No then put the phone down...

Done a professional job on roof . The roof looked great after cleaning, they worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. Was also a good price for the job .

Had resin drive way done with home exterior ltd Ross came to see us explained everything and very happy with the workmen that done the driveway

Had a conservatory roof installed, very pleased with the work. They were clean, tidy, worked hard and drank lots of my coffee. Would use again and recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great product, which was a composite door. Will be using again.

From sales to surveyor to the window fitters. What a fantastic team of people. Everything went smooth and professional from start to finish. Our windows and doors were installed with upmost care, and all un-wanted materials was taken away. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. I’m so impressed, I’m having a front door canopy installed very soon.

I had a conservatory built by what was then euroglaze now home exterior and it's been problematic at best. Got flooded out three times during construction and the installed box gutter persistently.eaks with water poring through the ceiling built in 2020 for 13k I am desperate to get this box gutter replaced and finally sorted euroglaze were a shoddy firm with workers who didn't care what they did and left the job fixed according to them only to leak with avengence a few months later a d change their name to another company.it supposed to be be guaranteed for 10 years hasn't lasted 5 a sort ou would be the right thing to do. My advice to anyone considering using this firm be very careful and don't.et go of your cash without being 110% happy with the job or you will. Face problems

Efficient surveyor, very good workmen .They worked within the time frame and tidied up after themselves.Very good job done .

We had a new roof on our conservatory and we were very very pleased with it. The two lads did an excellent job. Thank you so much. Brilliant.

Today the drive was laid the two men worked soo hard all day, when they were finished they cleaned up every thing
Such a good job done.
Would highly recomend this company.

Finally agreed a price with salesman to have my roof cleaned (price was haggled down to half the first one I had been given) and treated with bio-cide to stop regrowth and then have a clear coat which meant I would get a 10 year guarantee. Was promised they would leave everything clean and tidy including the gutters etc. and I wouldn’t have to pay until a ‘satisfactory’ job had been completed- as per their T&C’s.
Job was done.
Didn’t even have a chance to look around and I was told I had to pay up as the workmen were not allowed to leave without payment.
On inspection there were piles of moss left all around house and in gutters. They had blocked downpipe from flat roof of porch so water had got above the join and flooded inside porch. Downpipes left on floor. Lots of other things. Also guarantee was only for 2 years and not 10 as agreed.
I cleared up a lot of the mess over next 4 days.Took pictures and rang. Told to send email stating faults. Man sent out a week later and did few bits. When asked about guarantee he said I hadn’t had the clear top coat so only 2 years.
Emailed again but no response to date.

Introduced to me by a friend, I had a new tiled roof on my front porch. Satisfied with a good job done. Quick and efficient.

From the very start until fitting I’ve thought this company have more than met my needs. Alex the salesman came out and saw my missus and I to give us a price for a new front door, we started with a door of choice and the price was a little high. I was asked what I was prepared to pay and they met that price, so I asked Alex what they would do the rest of the house for us and that was windows and patio French doors. I gave him a price I was prepared to pay for the whole lot, he asked his manager who went on to ask the company directors whom agreed. With the survey done it was fitting day, Steve turned up to start the fitting. He was a very pleasant person and a credit to the company, neat, tidy and polite all the way through and loved our crazy little jack Russell. We then had an aftercare visit from Alex to make sure everything was satisfactory to which I told them if I could I’d give them 11/10 and would recommend them to anyone wishing to upgrade their home.

Had four new windows fitted today
Steve the fitter excellent
Yes I could have got them done cheaper, but I doubt if they would be better
Steve arrived at eight this morning and worked on his own tirelessly
When we can afford to have the rest of our windows done I won't go to anyone else
Excellent 👌👍

Excellent work very professional, friendly and reliable.25 year guarantee on flat roof ,would use again and recommend.
