Contacted Homefair Blinds, a gentleman came out and out and measured up the windows we wanted the blinds for he was a very competent person and put your mind at ease. He gave us the price the blinds would cost including fitting and gave a date for fitting.
we then received notification from the fitter who again was very courteous and efficient, got straight with the job and removed the boxes ect, well done.

Very happy with the measuring and fitting service and the finished blinds. We wouldn't use any other company, reasonably priced, lovely staff and great service.

From the initial phone call to book appointment,to having the roller blind fitted, everyone was helpful, and pleasant. This is the third time I have used them and would recommend on quality,price and service.

Yesterday I put a disappointed review on here. This is an update Joanne from home fair blinds rang me at 4pm yesterday and told me they have managed to stop my order going ahead, they have let me cancel bathroom blind and said I could change the blackout blinds to another material of my choice. I went to the galleries today it was a different lady from yesterday sorry didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and polite. Thank you for changing my order.

Very happy with our blinds - they really finish off the rooms. Lovely guy came to measure up and the same guy came back to fit them. Very little mess to clean up. He did a great job. Used this company a few times now and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely awful . Had a fly screen door fitted. Which wasnt fitted correctly & Absolutely no skrews only sealent which my Husband gave him may add.
We went away the day after & with all the heat we came back to it hanging off.
Customer services were absolutely awful & were told we had to pay for someone to come out

When I needed to replace my blinds I knew I was going to use the same company again. Homefair Blinds was very helpful as before. I made the appointment for free measuring and fitting. The rep brought samples and advised me which were best to meet my requirements. Fitting was arranged and went very smooth. Great service, quality and value. Lovely, pleasant staff. First rate. The service from contacting Homefair to the fitting of my blinds has been excellent. The quality and price exceeded my expectations, as did the efficiency of the fitter. He totally respected my flat and cleaned up each room as he found them. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Homefair, definitely great value (and service) for money.

I am a 4th time returning customer for a reason. Every time I order from Homefair Blinds I get the identical seamless customer experience. Andy measures and takes payment and gives a fitting date then the fitter arrives after a text message firms up a time slot on the fitting day and the blinds are perfectly installed. Homefair - just keep going as you are already delivering a perfect customer experience and the blinds are lovely quality. Price compared with rivals is more competitive too. WIN, WIN, WIN.
