Homeheat fitted a new boiler for us.
From calling the company to arrange for someone to come out and advise us on the boiler to the actual fitting of it was very professional and their work was to a high standard. They were patient, courteous and tidy and answered all our questions.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to all my family and friends. In fact it was my niece who recommended them to us.

Everything went very well from Kelvin Whitters' visit to home for survey and recommendation to Bellie's installation of new boiler. Many installers came for the survey and gave quotation but Homeheat Limited quotation was the competative and well description of works involved. A few installers said they would need to engage a jointner for creating additional space for new filter but Kelvin was confident to fit this within space.
On the day of boiler installation, Billy was on time and he explained everything before beginning of work. He was friendly and fully focused on his work. He didn't take even lunch break and completed installation and commissioning before 4pm. Boiler is working well and we are now happy to get additional hot water shower flow.

I then had Billy and Paul the installers in who did a great job of fitting my boiler and also fitting valves onto my shower.
They were very nice and did a excellant job and made sure there was no mess left at all.

Homeheat were great from start to finish. They were by far the most reasonably out of the x3 quotes that we got by quite a sum / for exactly the same boiler and service. Kevin who initially came out to carry out estimate / survey was very informative / helpful. We were then sent proper quote, broken down to show us exactly what we were paying for. None of the other companies did this. We didn't have to pay a penny up front either. When instalation day came everything was straight forward. Paul the Homeheat plumber/ heating engineer was great. No fuss and very pleasant guy. All couldn't have gone any better. Explained everything so well. Following day we received follow up call to make sure all was good , which it was. Received our invoice and paying was straight forward. Would highly recommend this company. Very well run/ organised. Saved us a small fortune in comparison to others. 5 stars 🌟

I had a great experience with HomeHeat. They were quick, knowledgable, happy to answer questions, competitively priced and I’m very happy with the work completed.

After the consultation visit from Kevin Withers, which was both professional and informative, we received a competitive quote which aligned with the timescale we were hoping for. A combination of these factors made us choose Homeheat and throughout the process they were easy to deal with, offered good advice and were always approachable. In the end we extended our order from having a new system boiler fitted to adding 10 radiators. The work was done well in the timeframe promised and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Homeheat were great from start to finish on this new boiler installation job. I was able to book a quote and within a couple of weeks the boiler had been both selected and fitted hassle free. I was quoted quite a bit more with another company and would have had to rip floors up etc. Homeheat found a much simpler solution and managed the fitting in a day. Overall very happy, all were very friendly and great customer service!

The first time something went wrong the company claimed the repair was not covered and quoted a huge amount of money for what should be a simple swap out. I have been a customer of Home Heat for some time and have been happy with the regular service. The engineer is excellent. However, Head Office have really let the company down with the first repair that I needed. What a shame.

Would highly recommend this company. Excellent service, workmanship and communication.
