The fitters ( Paul & Billy) arrived bang on time, they were really good at explaining what was going to happen. The most tidy workmen I've had in the house for years. Follow up phone call from office after heating was fitted was appreciated.

Since initial assessment of work to be carried out communication and professional customer service was key here . Price and content of options for task provided for my needs . Prompt proposal sent and great value for task and product offered. 10 year garentee on boiler showing quality provided. Quick response to carry out and complete work . A high quality tradesman Billy arrived on time completed the job it alocated time stated offered detailed instructions on working and service plan . Left property clean and tidy offerd up follow up support and service as did company with curtorsey call following day to ensure customer happy with work and able to work new boiler system . The boiler installer arrived on time and he installed the gas boiler in one day.

Engineer arrived on time, kept me informed all the relevant details of installation,
Old boiler was removed, and was uplifted with various pipe work, within the hour.
Was extremely pleased with all aspects of Paul’s workmanship.

Everything from the appointment to the boiler check and service was handled efficiently, politely and I was kept informed at all times (sometimes an emergency comes up and they have to help someone out with no heating and hot water before coming to do a boiler check for someone who has a functional boiler- bit like triage). Gillian (nice speaking to a human rather than someone in a call centre somewhere abroad) is fantastic and really does go the extra mile and Kevin although stoic is extremely good at his job and makes sure that everything is up to standard. I have Scottish Gas Homecare contracts for the flats I rent out but these guys service my home which doesn’t have much wear and tear. Also, peace of mind is important to me so you can trust Kevin and his company to be honest about what needs done. I will be using these guys again going forward.

The quote was very detailed, with information on everything I would get. I asked for a Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler install and to re-route some of the pipework. The price was good, and I felt like the work I asked for would be done.

I arranged 0% interest £0 fee finance for 2 years through them, which has allowed me to spread the cost a bit without costing more. The process was quick and easy.

They did the work in one day, were friendly, and did what I asked for. I have no complaints and use them for boiler services in the future.

If I discover any problems, I'll try to remember to update this review, but so far I have had an excellent experience with them.

I want to thank homeheat and especially Billy for the amazing job fitting our new boiler. The Gillian in the office kept me up to date with any changes and Billy the fitter was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely tidy. He arrived exactly when he was supposed to and put in a fair old shift.

I imagined installation of a new gas boiler would be one big hassle from start to finish - I could not have been more wrong! From my initial contact with Homeheat through to completion, every aspect of the job was handled with the utmost professionalism. I cannot praise this company highly enough - I would give them 10 stars if I could!
