Do NOT order from this business. It is a scam. They ordered an item from them back in June 2024 and they have emailed me to say it will be sent in February to march of 2025. They pretend to be an NZ company based in ponsonby but they are not.

Great product , high quality and really works for a fair price.

I love the hardware I got for the front door. It was about $200 cheaper that another site. It took longer than I wanted to arrive. Luckily I wasn't in a rush. I communicated this to homeloft at the time. They responded immediately and said it would be with me in 5-7 days. This was an accurate assessment - it did arrive in this time frame, thank you

No problems just didn’t know the product came direct from USA and therefore took longer than expected. However this product was not needed urgently.

Quality product, well packaged and fast delivery. Very happy.

I placed an order on 13th June 2024. Never received a confirmation email. I sent an email to an address from the website to which they first responded and said they couldn't find any order, I replied with a screenshot of funds taken from my credit card. Miraculously my order was then found.
At the time of the order, the website stated it would be delivered between 4-6th July. I needed it by 4th July but accepted worse comes to worse it would be a few days late, however I asked for them to confirm it would be delivered in time as the website stated, the response I was given was that my order is under process and it'll be dispatched and delivered within 3 weeks - this was on 17th June. It wasn't until I followed up with them the week of 1st July when they reply and tell me it isn't going to arrive when I need it and it was going to take another 2-3 weeks with the excuse of they've received an unexpected large number of orders. The next timeframe given to me was dispatch between July 5-22 and an extra 7-14 business days for delivery after that due to stock availability. I expressed deeply how disappointed I was but the email responses have been so impersonal and it's all giving scam, giving scheme. But the real kicker is just last Thursday 1st August, I was told it won't arrive until Feb 2025!!! I've since cancelled my order and demanded a full refund. So I will be leaving another bad review if I do not get my money back this week.

Well package and correct part

Everything operated as you’d want. Easy payment options, easy delivery, and the product was in a great condition when it arrived.

Delivered very close to original time estimate and product was great.

Item arrived safe and well packed. Great price. Lovely frame.

I bought a dark blue king size valance. It’s the only good one I found that was dark blue. It fits great. Took longer than I expected. I did email support to see where my order was after about two weeks. It had come from the US, and just cleared customs. Support was in India.
So, overall good but expect a delay

A year after using this sham company I am still getting weekly sometimes daily scam emails from them with fake order numbers and things to open and click. DO NOT USE HomeLoft.

My spam folder for this week (I delete it weekly) has two emails in it.

At first I was reading the reviews on line and they where bad so I was very surprised when I got my package delivered 2 weeks after I placed my order
