I initially spoke to leanne online and she was able to give me a pretty good estimate immediately and i arranged for her to come the next day
There was no pressure selling which for me is an immediate turn off , all very relaxed straightforward and various options explained .
I chose the tapco tiles which I don’t regret they look amazing
Also a plastered interior ceiling which again im very pleased i chose.
Paid my deposit and arranged a date , in the end commenced 2 week earlier.
The lads were very friendly hard working and respected my property, they did an amazing job and the work was completed to a very high standard, the completed there work in 3 days . On the 3rd afternoon the plasterers arrived who again completed their work to a very high standard and my ceiling is super smooth

I had toyed with the idea of replacing my old plastic roof to a solid one but decided to go ahead and as we are in yet another heatwave i don’t regret, my usually scorching unusable hot box is a very comfortable cool temperature.
Looking forward to seeing the benefits in winter .
There are so many companies out there offering all sorts of systems and widely varying prices .
My roof was completed a week ago so can only comment on the roof so far , but im very happy and would highly recommend.

I made a on line enquiry on Sunday and to my surprise,got a almost immediate response from Lianne.She gave me a price and came to see me the next day.All my question were answered professionally and I placed the order for a insulated roof. The two installers Liam and Steve were magnificent.They clearly were very experienced and did not put a foot wrong.By the end of the day, they had fitted a new insulated ceiling that looks perfect in every way.Liam explained the process at every stage and it was a pleasure to see two professionals at the top of their game. When I had a problem with my conservatory being really drafty it took a long time to find the right company. Leanne came to quote and made me feel comfortable within a few minutes. She explained things clearly and was confident in the service she was providing. I was happy she knew what she was doing from an experience point and a price point.

We recently had our conservatory roof installed by Leanne and her team. They provided an excellent service from start to finish. I messaged Leanne on a Sunday not expecting a response until Monday but no she replied straight away and we booked an appointment for the following week.
As soon as Leanne came she filled us with the confidence that she would ensure a good job would be done. She had all the samples of tiles with her and spoke with confidence of what options were available.
She detailed how the job would be done with Liam coming to do all the structural work inside and outside. Liam the electrician would follow and Jamie with the plastering.
Liam arrived and did the structural work inside and outside working through some really cold weather (it was January) fished in two and half days. He cleared and
removed all the waste. Liam the electrician arrived the next morning early and efficiently fitted the lights.
Jamie came and completed the plastering of the ceiling in a day and did an excellent job.
Leanne was in contact with us every day asking how it was going and telling us the next steps. An excellent 5 star service from start to finish. Highly recommend Leanne and her team.

I got my conservatory roof converted to light tile roof and I have given the time since September to see if any issues appeared with heavy rain, snow, etc.. after having all that, I gotta say the roof is pretty solid, it looks great from outside and the team who carried the job were quite helpful and quick.

These guys did a brilliant job in 2023, insulating and installing a ceiling on my conservatory roof.
It's made such a difference, keeping the heat in in winter and it's a lot cooler in the summer time.
They had it finished within 1 day!

I contacted Leanne initially using the online submission format, she responded within minutes via telephone and I had a quote the same day for the replacement of my existing polycarbonate conservatory roof with Tapco Tiles, a plastered ceiling and new guttering and downpipes.
The team consisting of Liam & Steve did an excellent job from start to finish. They completed the job in a timely fashion working late on the final day to ensure everything was ready for the plasterer as planned. Phil plastered out the ceiling and left us with a perfect, usable, all year round room. I would have no issue recommending Leanne and her team.
