After an experience with another platform that is best described as horrific, it has been a real joy to be working with GoodHub. My charity involves scout groups and schools in our environmental work and it's great that these parties can almost independently run their own campaigns on our behalf.
As relatively new charity, one that is extremely busy, we have taken advantage of GoodHub's Gift Aid management. The cost is reasonable and it's one less item for us to deal with.
By far the biggest draw for us is the fact that they have a phone number and they actually answer it with a smile. I don't think this exists amongst other platforms and this is so very important to us.
