I need to return two ietms of clothing because the material is not suitable. Th company demand a photogrph which I am unable to furnish. Without the photograph there will not be a refund. I believe this outsidee th law. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

I have an item ordered(clothing) from this website/company since end of September 2026 but until now I haven't received my item. Mobile phone number in the website is not answering calls. Emailed as well but the only reply was it will be in delivery soon but don't know soon. Getting frustrated now and I conclude that this website is a scam 100%. Also there is advert as well i saw advertising same clothes the the trend aura sells. Just beware people. I've read some reviews and my conclusion of this website is a fake scam company.

They are not a reliable company, making false claims about orthopaedic slippers. The moccasin slippers have memory foam insoles. I have recently bought a pair of memory foam insole mules which are unsafe to stand & walk in.
I've been waiting almost a month for them to arrive. The courier company they used today are incompetent & failed to deliver them, I received an email saying they were delivered at 10.29am & put in a safe place, an outhouse. I don't have an outhouse. I rang them & was told they had been left outside my white door. I have a green door. I was told that my house is made from red bricks. I live in a bungalow made from Bath stone which is a yellow sand coloured stone. The Indian sounding woman started to argue that I live in a red brick house with a white door. When I told her that they are incompetent, she hung up. Now I'm demanding a refund from Trendaura & contacting my bank.

This company is a total scam! Avoid at all costs. As with other reviews, the item took forever to arrive. (I was initially cheated into buying a second dress at a lower price. - when I instantly tried to cancel, I was told it was too late and the order had been sent). On eventual receipt of these pathetic and hideous dresses, supposedly one in a size small, another in medium, they were exactly the same size. No label save for a scrap in the collar. The quality is laughable and looked like something a child might cut out for a basic dress pattern - NOTHING LIKE THE illustrations on the website. I tried to return them but the address information kept changing, Canada, France, Belgium. I was 'offered' to keep the items and a tiny percentage would be returned to my bank. After considerable haggling and my report to my Visa debit card, they have today said they would give me 40% and keep their dresses. Not even worthy of the dustbin. I wish I had read the other reviews on Trustpilot before wasting £61.60 on this lying, cheating company.

Please avoid this company like the plague! I ordered 2 blouses which arrived 03/08/26. As they were much too small, despite their being labelled for a medium, I asked for a refund. At first I was offered blouses in a bigger size, and I could keep the original ones. When I declined I was then offered a 15% refund, could chooses goods to equivalent cost with no charge, and get to keep my original order. Having declined this, I was then offered a 30% refund (and by then it was clear that they did not want the goods returned to ? ) This continued with an offer of a 40% refund and eventually a full refund was promised on 19/08. After a further four weeks of delay in getting a full refund, I have now taken up a dispute with my credit card provider.

Bought an RC plane not cheap took 10 days to arrive and was a childs toy , cheap and tiny ... way over priced DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE . waste of money

Just noticed that this company touts the Trustpilot stars logo (without the word Trustpilot) on the top of their website with 'Excellent 4.9' - thought I would double check on Trustpilot. Glad I did!!

I swallowed their advert for spectacles. Took 3 weeks to arrive and they are nothing but cheap magnifying reading glasses worth about £3. I doubt they are worth returning as I did not realise they come from USA. Best avoided. My order number was 2903.

Items took nearly a month to arrive so were too late for the event I wanted them for but quality of items was very poor. Have asked for details on how to return items for a full refund. Response slow but would only offer a refund of a certain percentage. Customer service emails since have been terrible as they won’t give full refund and now don’t reply. Do not order from this site.

Tried to call no reply emailed them no reply took my money and still no confirmation of order 38.50 for a tracksuit I can't afford to loose my money

Awful company, do not buy from them. I paid £55 for Two pairs of shorts. When they finally arrived they were nothing like the shorts advertised and did not fit. I ordered Large and received Small. They wouldn't even fasten up. The material was cheap, poor quality and a different colour.
I requested a full return and refund but was offered only 15%! I refused this and was eventually offered 40% on a take it or leave it basis as a full refund would only be given if i paid for a return to China and then the refund would only be given if they agreed the goods were ok after return. As i didn't trust them i dare not pay for this return.

Arguably the worst experience I've had with an online retailer. Trendaura advertises stock as being held in the UK, but my tracking number showed the item was actually shipped from China, which strongly suggests this is a dropshipping operation rather than a genuine UK-based store.

When the item arrived, the quality was poor, so I requested a refund. Rather than processing this straightforwardly, I was asked to send a photo of the product before they would even consider it. I provided this promptly, and I'm still waiting for the refund to be resolved.

Between the misleading claims about stock location and the drawn-out refund process, I'd avoid this store entirely and would recommend others do the same.

Do Not Buy from this retailer. I paid £64 for a jacket that is substandard quality. I couldn’t even sell it on Vinted for £5, it’s so poorly made, with cheap material. It took nearly a month to arrive, so not a UK retailer. I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks. They offered me part refunds which I refused and finally they agreed to a full refund. I’m still waiting. They seem to be ignoring my emails now, perhaps in the hope I’ll give up. I am now going to report them to Trading Standards and any other legal entity, in order to prevent this from happening to someone else. This is a shocking company that is clearly scamming people and should be stopped from Trading in the UK (or anywhere else for that matter).

I ordered a pair of shoes from this awful company. They arrived 3 weeks later in a plastic bag. They didn’t resemble the product photo but I decided I’d keep them anyway. After 3 hours of use, the heel on both shoes cracked away from the upper material rendering them unwearable.
I contacted Trend Aura, asking for a full refund as the shoes are demonstrably of poor quality. Unfortunately, their ‘customer service department’ is just as poor quality as the shoes. They seem to be a part time outfit who are only operational for around 30 minutes at the end of each day.
They don’t answer questions and are only willing to provide a 30% refund. I’ll be taking this further.
Under no circumstances buy goods from TrendAura - a terrible company selling cheap tat.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. there product and service is nothing less than fraudulent , i ordered a jacket months ago, they sent 2 ,which they charged me for both. they were nothing like the jacket i ordered. i received the product in may, and have still not had the situation resolved, they have breached trading standards on multiple levels.

Avoid this company at all costs. When you look for refund you will be scammed. I'm still waiting on a refund from June.

since ordering on the 22nd May nothing but trouble. Persistent delays when requesting a refund due to the item having been scorched whilst applying lettering.
Quality is so bad that I wouldnt even clean my waste bin with it!
Multiple emails with standard reply of "it's with our refund department" Utter lies for 10 weeks now. This is a scam company based in India NOT the UK

poor quality, cheap fabrics, over priced tat, long delivery times, this is not a UK based clothing manufacturer but cheap Chinese imports. Avoid this site they are telling you porky pies. very disappointed

STAY AWAY from this so called Company. Bought some sandals, tried to return for a refund and they start bargaining at the amount of refund they'll give, started at 15%! Had to raise a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.
