Convenient to order sacks in advance and collection later. Was able to specify after 1pm for collection. Pickup as expected and received certificate of destruction next day.

Confidential sacks delivered within 24 hours. Rang for collection Jack the driver came checked the sack amount loaded had to sign they had been removed for destruction. Very nice man courteous and happy as were the lady on the phone. 24 hours later received certificate of destruction. Would recommend the company and have done so to friends makes life so much easier than trying to do yourself good value and very efficient.

The collection was done on time, after I moved it forward by a week because I had to be out on the original collection day. A quick phone call to change collection day was all that was needed.
The collection itself was quick and the driver was friendly and efficient.

Excellent service, packs arrived quickly when ordered and after being able to pack much more paper into the envelope than I thought possible was able to send a huge amount more than I first thought. As soon as I rang asking for pick up they gave me a 1.5 hour window for collection we received two update calls to confirm pick up and they arrived within that window. Great service all round. I cannot recommend this company enough . I initially spoke to them following an internet search and within 48 hrs I had received the bags I needed for my confidential waste .
The collection process was efficient . I received a telephone call 24 hours before the arranged date informing me of the time the delivery driver would arrive .
He arrived on time and collected the bags in a sign written vehicle providing the reassurance that the waste was being handled correctly .
The destruction certificate was received via email on the day of destruction .
