I contacted Home snagging UK via email and left a message requesting information and a price.
I was contacted straight away and found the the price for the survey was really good and booked an appointment.
Julie arrived yesterday, I found her knowledge in snagging very reassuring so I left her to carry on.
My full report arrived the very next day and was professionally set out. the picture quality is amazing and identified the issues clearly,
I found the use of the drone safer and no damage could be caused to the property as is sometime the case with ladders.
I would highly recommend Julie and her company to anyone requiring a snagging survey.

We recently had our Snagging Survey completed by Keith who was brilliant. He had an incredible eye for detail, picking up just over 100 snags in our property. The report came through promptly the next working day, and was detailed and easy to understand, clearly identifying each snag with supporting images that could be sent straight over to the developer. The add on of thermal inspections and the use of a drone is a great touch and adds that extra piece of mind, and the survey is very reasonably priced. Keith took the time to explain his key findings at the end of the survey and answered all questions that we had. Communication with Julie was also great - highly recommend for anyone buying a new build.

Quick reply from the company. They promptly arranged the service within two days. Before starting the snagging, the staff explained the entire snagging process clearly and patiently. After her thorough inspection, she provided a detailed snagging report in two days.

Julie was very thorough and produced a detailed report with 86 snags which has proved to be very useful particularly the drone and thermal images.
I was aware of some of the issues and had assumed that I would need to rectify them myself but I have passed the report on to Barratt's and they are dealing with them.

The Estate Agents made life tricky for Julie and her team; getting the keys, accessing the new property, but they never gave up and continued to keep me completely informed and updated. This company were brilliant and in an age where so little enthusiasm is put into customer care, they smashed it out the park and were a breath of fresh air. I will 100% use them again in the future, I will have a follow up report carried out by them soon and I would 100% recommend them to others. Most of us don't move house very often, let alone buy a brand new one, so when you do you should definitely get some external support. I chose Home Snagging as their website was interesting and informative and I wasn't disappointed when Keith arrived to perform the survey. He had a wealth of experience in the building industry and identified many things the average house owner would never spot. The use of the drone to inspect the upper levels and roof proved its worth and the thermal imaging camera did the same. The full report came two days later with photographic evidence and highlighted areas of concern, which I was able to discuss with the builder. Definitely a wise investment.

Couldn't recommend them enough, they are very thorough and noticed faults which we missed to see. Definitely worth having done. Also was very helpful and explained what was good and bad with our home, with it being our first we wouldn't know what to check.

After an initial mix up with the booking we found the company to be very professional and helpful. Keith was early for the appointment, and more thorough that we ever could have imagined.

Excellent service from start to finish. The quoting and booking process was seamlessly organised by Julie, who was very helpful and prompt in answering our questions. The snagging survey was done by Keith for a renovated detached home. He did a great job in locating many faults that we would never have noticed, including some items such as scratched glazing that would have been a very expensive surprise if he hadn't spotted them! The snagging report was delivered only 2 days after the inspection, with annotated pictures and description of each fault. Finally we really appreciated that Keith was also available afterwards to discuss some questions which was incredibly helpful in negotiating a better price for the property. Definitely recommend!

Keith was efficient and professional during the snagging survey and couldn't recommend him enough to anyone thinking of paying for a snagging service. Definitely worth while doing and so happy we went with these guys.

this has been a useful tool in moving into a new home. it has picked up stuff that a lay person would not know and made it easier for us to talk to the developer about highlighting the issues. Friends of ours used a snagging survey when they moved into a show home and this picked up 49. so would say this is money well spent.
