Ordering was easy on line, took out a failed unit to get measurements.
Communications with company was first class, thank you Vicky. Delivered and put in place in an hour Units were exactly as ordered and of good quality.
Will use again if I get any more failed units.

One thing to note is that the courier will not bring the unit indoors. If you’re ordering a large or heavy item, it’s worth having someone available to help move it safely. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a couple of sealed units to replace blown ones with water inside. The ordering process was easy peasy and the units arrived in a few days. I DIY fitted them in a couple of hours and saved quite a bit.
