Before Christmas, Julie came out at short notice after we had to change our original day agreed due to a delay with our completion. She spotted over 150 snags including some major concerns. Her detailed report was completed in less than 24 hours of the inspection being carried out which we have sent on to the developers to await for them to action. Thank you very much for your support Julie, with what has been a very difficult house buying purchase. Fully recommend to anyone buying a new build - it’s certainly worth the money!

Highly recommend the service provided by Home Snagging UK. Julie was thorough in her inspection and gave an excellent overview prior to the report being issued highlighting the key issues she had noted. Worth every penny to put your mind at rest and leave you feeling secure in your new home. Keith and Julie are a fantastic team and provided us with excellent service both during the snagging process as well as with a detailed post-snag report. Julie was excellent and found 127 snags on my property showing her extensive experience as previous site manager herself and snagging expert.
