I spoke to Kayleigh Walker this morning and right from the start of our conversation l found her very helpful . She was able to explain how Homewise works and helped me to understand the process. I felt that she gave me enough information to be able to make an informed decision in the future . Her whole manner was friendly and she didn't make me feel pressurised at all . A good example of customer relationships , and a nice experience !!

I called yesterday and spoke to Tommy, who was so informative and helpful. His whole tone was, friendly and relaxed, which in turn made me feel really comfortable opening up to him. Tommy gave me general information from all perspectives, which will help me to come to a sound decision. He has forwarded me all the figures and information we discussed to help me in my future decision.

Thomas Evan’s was extremely helpful on the phone and gave me a better understanding of Homewise and how it works.

Although I haven’t proceeded with using Homewise, I cannot praise Kayleigh enough for her helpfulness. She explained the concept of using Homewise, checked I understood everything and offered to assist me with so many other things related to buying a home through them. She wasn’t pushy, just helpful, kind and understanding. It been lovely dealing with you Kayleigh.

I was extremely happy that my question were answered professionally and without bias. As a person over 60, looking to buy my own home for the first time, I was treated with respect and dignity and no question was brushed aside. I think the service that is being provided to communities is quite remarkable and should be commended for helping so many people who otherwise may not be treated fairly. It was a pleasure to discuss my particular needs and feel that the company will work to try and get me my dream home.

Kayleigh explained everything in detail she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. She took her time explaining the process and at no time was she pressurising us to go ahead. A wonderful asset to the company.

Tom was extremely helpful and sensitive to my recent health issues as he went through all the steps. He regularly reassured me throughout the conversation.

Kayleigh has made our experience so far very easy. She is helpful, friendly but respectful and knows her job.
Total professional, she has a wide knowledge of buying and selling having been in the industry for a long time, both sales and lettings.

Really helpful and patient staff able to give realistic advice and comments to a complete novice . Patient and kind staff who explain well and answer all questions without being pushy.
