Let’s face it , if you want to do the right thing and pay your household employees correctly as ethically ( and comply with the law) it’s still incredibly stressful and time consuming . I have used them for years and always found them responsive. They treat you like a human being and not like a number. Whenever I’ve had an issue or question it’s been addressed promptly . Very quick to answer any questions. They take care of everything, especially when setting up as a new customer. Great communication on deadlines, etc. great at tax time, too.

The employees have always been helpful & polite. They are always willing to work with me on any questions I have. I am very grateful for their service.

The system works well most of the time, but if there is an issue or they don't know the answer to your question, they will not respond to repeated attempts at communication.

The website has been seamless for us and they’re great communicating what we need to do.

The fact that we have to print, sign and scan the payroll worksheet every other week is often not feasible due to the fact that at the world bank we travel a lot. I asked already why homework solution can’t invest in a platform that would allow employer and employees to sig safely even if they are in different location. We do it for tax filing for example. I hope this helps

- No iPhone App
- Using timesheets, would only like to enter total hours per day. And timesheets should be on iPhone app. Also nannies should enter their time and employers just approve the timesheets
