What a racket!!! I ordered one jar and got 5. Tried it and it is not soft. The puff actually fell off the stick and I had to hold it with my hand. I told them I wanted to return all and they said if the biz wasn’t opened they would give me back my money less the postage to China. OR they could let me keep all the product and get 20% back. Unbelievable!! Do NOT buy this product. It’s a scam.

Steer clear of this company. The foundation I ordered was the wrong shade. This company does not give refunds for open products. How can you determine it’s the wrong shade without opening it? The return policy is a nightmare. I returned all three items I ordered anyway. Even with a receipt and tracking info, I am still waiting to hear that my returned package has arrived. I am doubtful I will ever receive even a partial refund. BEWARE!!!

I ordered this makeup from a game advertisement. Like others have stated they slap on a subscription of $29 a month which they didn't state. My bank called me to see if I authorized the charge. I said I did, but didn't receive the product for at least 8 week--and finally got it the day after I called them to complain. Their customer service was of no help. I demanded a refund by telling them I will just get my bank to take my money back. All of a sudden they issue a refund for two charges--one for $24.95 and one for $29.95. Bank of America proceeded to have me get another debit card. Didn't like waiting for a new debit card. Careful out there! And don't take any bull from fly by night companies. Bank of America was "on it."

These people are scammers. Their products are terrible and don't work like the videos. The 60 day refund that is promised on the ad somehow becomes a 30 day refund, unless you're talking to their "customer service" people on the phone, who will tell you that there is no refund at all because it will cost them too much to return.

The products aren't the point anyhow. What they really want is your credit card information so they can sign you up for a VIP membership. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

Honey And Pine Scan you there is no mention that after they mail the device that doesn't work...They debit your card a month later as a MEMBERSHIP....Really I did report it to BBB.. NO REFUNDS on MEMBERSHIP so I actually paid $60 for a piece of SHIT

Will send you a product and then try to purchase things without your consent. No refunds either. Scam. Stay away

First off it’s been four weeks and I haven’t even received my order. Secondly, they tried to take out $29 after I ordered as a subscription which I never agreed to or even knew about. It was not an authorized payment but when I went back to read the terms and conditions they automatically put you in the VIP, which is $29 a month and they’ll take try to take that out. They are a scam. !!!!!

I received my order today, almost a month after placing it. It was not the brand of makeup that was advertised, and they just sent the color (shade) they wanted me to have. I ordered a natural shade for my light skin. I received the complete opposite, a warm shade for yellow tones and dark skin. It’s a total scam!!! When I go to the website, they don’t even appear to sell this type of makeup. Plus it came from China, so it can’t be exchanged anyway. It was a waste of money.

After order being “in process” for 2 weeks w/o any communication, they delivered an item that essentially came apart upon opening. They offered a refund if I returned it to China!!! At cost more than double the value of the item! They then offered a 20% refund - for their defective item. Terrible (non-existent) customer service.

I have no idea what this company is about. I will be reporting them to my bank for fraudulent charges.
I tried to order in December, paid my credit card, but had no product. Now they have charged my card again. I cannot get an address or phone number for customer service. Wrote letter, returned address.
I still have no product or direction. Will not pay them Bank investigating

This is a complete waste of time and money it took forever to finally get here and the product they sent me doesn't cover at all it's like they send you colored water when you order they say you can get a full refund but it's impossible to get a hold of anyone I wasted a full hour on the phone with their supposed customer service only to have it ring for an hour please save yourself the trouble and the drama of trying to deal with these people it won't happen and you won't get your money back which really sucks thanks honey I'm fine

I ordered a CC Cream that was buy 2 get 1 free. That is all I ordered. They have hit my account 2 additional times for 29.99 claiming I joined their membership offering. I did NOT join any such membership. They are now telling me they will only refund half of my money. It took almost 5 weeks to get the product. I would not do business with this company.

I ordered a light screen for my grandson on 12/2/24 and did not receive it. Charges were taken from my bank account on 12/4/24. I called them after holding for 40 minutes. I did receive the gift however, the have charged my card in 1/25 and 2/25 again without permission. This is a fraudulent company. The screen on this item is just plastic and very difficult to clean. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY PROVID INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE YOU REPEATEDLY EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE ITEMS.

Received my order nearly 2 months later. Tracking and customer service are a joke. This company will also charge your card monthly for a one time purchase, so keep an eye on your account. Aside from that, the quality is crap. Makeup is thick ane difficult to apply smoothly. Doesn't blend easily. Colors are misleading. I ordered the middle shade and i look like a pale dead person.

While attempting to get a repeat debit from my card, they actually got more money off my card. They talked quite a line about returning my money then gave me confirmation numbers and told me to call a number back to confirm. Guess what, the number is fake. Never did get my original order!

BE AWARE- disreputable company. Do not order from this company, My credit card had two back-to-back fraud attacks first by Honey and Pines and then by an associated company, Willow and Pines. I had to cancel my credit card twice within two weeks because my card was used for fraudulent charges. Thankfully, my bank picked up on these fraudulent charge and sent me a Fraud Alert and denied the charges!!!!! NEVER order from them.
