I ordered 2 of the windshield defroster and paid extra for expedited shipping 7 to 10 days. It took over 30 days to receive and the product does not work. On top of that the are trying to charge me again for the same thing. Going to bank tomorrow morning. Do not order from these people don't even look at anything they are trying to sell.

I have no idea who or what this company is.But there's stealing money out of my checking account now and you guys need to give me my freaking money back if you're a make up place.I know I didn't order.Cause I don't wear a makeup.

I ordered honey and pine for $13.96, I am not crazy about it. My big problem with them is they charge me $29.99 twice and I have not bought anything for $29.99. I can’t get them on the phone.

Ordered Bluetooth translators to be used at work, or so I thought. When my order arrived I received low quality Bluetooth headsets in place of the translators I ordered. Contacted their customer service and my only option was to ship them back and they would determine if I was eligible for a refund. They are selling an item they clearly don’t have. Their other solution was a 20% refund for a product I didn’t order because of their error. Disputing charge through my bank and will never buy anything again. Should be 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Forwarded my email correspondence to the BBB and Internet crimes as they are using the internet to steal from people.

Don't ever order from this company EVER!!! I placed an order January 1st it's now February 13th and I never received ANYTHING!!! PLUS they charged me twice. I already filed a fraud claim with my bank so I'm getting the money back anyway. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money ordering from this company. They don't respond to emails and they send fake tracking numbers that don't exist.

This company is a scam. Ordered product on December 11th and now we’re int February. Not only did I not receive my product and none of the phone numbers work. I was also charged extra in January. Now I have to get a new debit card. Please pass the scam onto others.

, when I called the Customer Service number I was told I couldn't cancel my order that it was already on its way . That was a lie, I still haven't received anything . The young lady said I could have 1/2 my money back but not 100%. Now I'm being charged once again . Why ?? I cancelled my membership last month

scam they will not send your order and they WILL over charge your card!

Bunch of thieves they'll send something and it'll say delivered but nothing arrives. They're not accredited in the BBB so be very careful.

Wish there was an option for ZERO stars! These people are thieves! Placed an order Dec 14, 2024 which I was charged 23.96. Sent an email end of January saying I never received the item and wanted a refund. Low and behold on January 25, 2025 they made a shipping label and told me I cant get a refund since the product shipped. Fine. Noticed 2 additional charges from Willows and Pines for $29.99 each, unauthorized. Sent email for refund. Will contact bank to report fraud.

UPDATE: Order was Received 2/10/24 in good condition. Product is satisfactory for the price but doesn't provide full cover, so it won't cover tattoos or dark spots. It took 50 days to receive the order from Order Date to Received Date.

I placed an order authorizing $13.96 on 12/21/24 and never received the order. Then my bank notified me about a $29.99 charge which I knew nothing about, and I told my bank I didn't authorize it. I should have known when my bank's fraud department asked me if I authorized the $13.96 that they experienced issues with honeyandpine.com. The advertisement for its full cover foundation came through as an ad while I was playing a game on my Google Android phone. It's a scam. I'm glad this only cost me $13.96. Fortunately, I replaced my debit card right away or more charges may have been fraudulently submitted under my card. This was definitely not a holiday special.

I ordered two balls that you twist with your fingers for anxiety for Christmas on 11-30 for $23.95 and waited for them. On 12-16 my bank account was charged again for another order of the same thing for $29.99 and I still had not received my original order so I tried contacting them but no phone support so I emailed them. Twice. No response. I tracked the package from China and they tried delivering it at 1:40 AM to my post office box which is a store location which is closed, then another delivery time at 10:40 PM, again store closed. Then my bank account was charged another fee from this company on 1-16-25 for $29.99! My address was correct for delivery. DO NOT do business with this company as they are scam artists and thieves!!!

Rayhong advanced Electromagnetic Snow Removal Device, Does not work. Their commercials are staged. I’ve purchased them from Honey and Pine and also Amazon. 3 different storms, last one was last night, still 4 inches of untouched SNOW. They do not work, just a SKAM. This item does not even rate a ⭐️

My original order was at the end of December. I was charged for the initial order that day and informed that I would receive my order around January 6th, 2025.. but I did not receive anything in January. Then several days later I noticed 2 additional charges from Honey & Pine of $29.99 each. Still nothing arrived. So I filed fraudulent charges through my bank. Low and behold I received my order! But there was still a matter of the 2 additional charges! Also, the makeup is far inferior to what is advertised!! It claims to cover a tattoo but you can't cover a simple slight discoloration of skin tone! I've bought better stuff at the dollar store! Shame on anyone who sells this lousy product or does business with Honey & Pine! They are scammers and irreputable!!

My experience like all these below is the same. I placed an order in Dec 2024 the tracking page says processing and just a day ago in transit from CHINA! Not that I have a problem with that has they told me instead of having a local address listed.
Customer service is horrid I sent many emails and finally got an answer back that said what I already knew. Now there’s a 29.99 charge on my card and all of sudden they have no clue who I am, then Today they tried to charge my card AGAIN. Don’t think so folks you’ve been flagged as fraud. Now refund my money you stole thanks oh and the email they have listed went nowhere i recommend goin to Google look them up that way

Just like the others, same story. I ordered mine in early Dec of 24', 13,67 came out on the 17th.
Then the 29.99, bank also red flagged it. I filed a police report, as 2 were going to my old address. That I didn't order. Now its Feb 8th, and I still don't have it.
They will not answer the phone, voice mail is full, and they don't reply to emails.
So save yourself and DO NOT order from them.

I should have read these reviews prior to ordering. A “1” rating is generous! Should be a “0”.
Besides delaying shipment, they tried to charge an additional $29.99 for some phantom VIP subscription. My credit card company notified me of possible fraud on my purchase. I told them the purchase was legitimate. However, 2 weeks later, they tried to bill the aforementioned $29.99. My credit card red flagged that one as well. That is how I found out about the scam VIP subscription. I called the company to investigate; after their refusal to negate that charge, I informed my credit card company that this was indeed a fraudulent charge. Therefore, they rejected the charge. I will keep a close eye on my card activity to insure they do not try to process that charge again.

Product does not work at all. It will take you months to receive your first shipment and they will charge you again for a "membership" before the shipment arrives and you realize how awful it is.

I ordered the Honey and Pine makeup. A month ago, I ordered Honey and Pine makeup but I've never heard any response from the company. Not the product, not an email, what is up with taking my money and getting No product?? Think 3 times before you order.

I made a purchase in early December (2024) for a
Christmas gift. The order took 6 weeks to arrive so that was "a swing and a miss." But it gets worse. Today I got charged again for the same amount and it triggered fraud alerts with my credit card company. The credit card company gave me a phone number for Honey & Pine (828) 752-8121 and that number is out of service. Do not do business with this company!
