I have been trying for almost a month to get my product and I keep getting emails that it is in transit. I am giving them until 2/13/2025 to have the product in my hand, o ther wise I will contact my bank that this is fradulant and any other agency I can find.

Unfortunately, this one time I forgot to view the website before I made a purchase. Temu and Honey&Pine must be owned and operated by the same people. I ordered a wind chime and a car defogger. I have to tell you that it took over a month, no updates and the “order” was a total bust. The defogger doesn’t work and the wind chime fits in the palm of my hand. This is disgusting and I assure you I will tell everyone I know NOT to order anything from this website EVER!! Just wasted $50.00.

This is a stinky useless product. It smelled so bad I wouldn't put on my face! That after waiting 7 weeks for delivery. Should have researched b4 buying. Straight to the trash...

If I could give this company a zero, I would. I’ve sent the numerous emails trying to get my money back for a membership I never approved. Plus I never received my order which I place in Dec. Their customer service is horrible and they only have computer generated emails and never answer any questions. Wish I would have read all these negative comments before ordering!

Company is in China and orders take months to arrive. But the worst thing is they sign you up for a “VIP” service and charge you monthly. I saw 2 charges for 29.99 which I disputed with my cc company. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

1. 2 for 3 doesn't happen. 2.shipping is out months. 3. Customer service sucks 4. Don't hold your breath for any warranties or guaranties...won't happen

The over 6 week delivery time is a joke. Their refusal to cancel my order after trying to charge me for a membership I didn’t approve. Now saying I can refuse delivery, but of course that requires me to be home when delivered. And then another 6 weeks back to China before a refund. Such a scam like site.

If u really want product Walmart sells online for 3.88. Also on Amazon. Never sent product, charged me again 29.99 which bank is investigating and tried to charge 52.00 again on same day. Hope they read this comment. Ur in DEEP SHIT!!¡ so got a new address operating under name WILLOWS & PINE, (REAL ADDRESS)2210 South Betsy's Way, Kaysville,UT 84O37. Google the address , and see the incredible house we all paid for from our credit cards!!!!!!They can change their name all they want but it's from the same house!!!

I am still waiting for my order. It's been over a month.

I order a product in December which they took my payment out of my Account. Then Once Again took the Same payment out a second time in January 😡 Contacted the Company for the 2nd payment to be put back in my Account & they didn't do it! Need to Contact BBB on this Scam Company!!!!

I placed an order on December 18th, and today is February 2nd and nothing. Total scam - don't waste your time or money.

This is a china based company and automatically subscribes you to auto orders when you order one item. Trying to cancel this is not easy.

The delivery time is 60 days. There is no customer service available.

I ordered items on Jan 20 they said I would have them in 7 to 10 business days it's now February and still didn't get my items will never order from here ever again and will tell my friends and family as well to stop ordering from your website

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering this nasty stuff. 1st it took 6 weeks to arrive. In the meantime they charged me 2 more times. I tried to calling 3 times with an automatic hold. The 1st time I waited for 1hour and 15 minutes before I hung up. I sent 4 emails and they were rejected because their email address wasn't legit. I went to file a fraudulent claim at my bank. They tried to call and after 45 minutes someone did answer the phone. The personnel said the other 2 claims were a monthly service plan and if I didn't check the box to refuse the monthly plan then they automatically deducted $29.99 as a service plan fee each month. So mine is in litigation. Then the product arrived and it is so bad. There is no coverage, the smell is so bad and that is just the start of this horrible product.

I should have learned by now!......to read reviews BEFORE I order from a pop-up. I am on week FOUR, my order is STILL in China. Had Honey&Pine mentioned that these were shipping from China, I NEVER would have ordered. I ordered the 'buy 2 get 1 free' car defrosters. I am in North Dakota. Might be really useful. But it looks like by the time they might deliver it will be Spring! And they conned me out of an extra $7.97 for "Express" shipping. AND another $2.97 for "shipping insurance" I have seen evidence of neither of these..... Pathetic. Temu did not have these at the time so I ordered the originals. Now Temu has them...at ONE FIFTH the price. Hey, let's not worry about 'knock offs'....they're ALL made in China.lol. No way to cancel this order. Just have to wait....and wait some more. So lesson learned. I am reminded to CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING! Temu comes from China. Have NEVER not received delivery. Some longer than others but NEVER more than three weeks. Most orders in under TWO WEEKS! This is more than THREE weeks and it is STILL in China. So it looks like I'm with the 'took more than two months to deliver' reviewer. BOOOOO. I HATE to order from China at all but at least Temu is dependable. I don't write reviews often. This one NEEDED one. DON'T make my mistake. BUYER BEWARE!

Like everyone else, I ordered makeup from Honey and Pine. Website says 10-14 days delivery. After 5 weeks I did finally receive something. It was two shades darker than my skin. Not what I ordered. I, too, called and emailed multiple times without any response. I had already started a dispute and received a credit from my credit card company. Before I received anything, however, a second charge (twice my original order) from a company called Willow and Pine appeared on my card. I'm sure it was another name for Honey and Pine but I had never heard of them and did not place an order. After several emails, they told me to return the product, at my expense, to an address in China. Well, it would cost me nearly $100 to send to China. They now say they will send me a return label, IF I send them my address. Well, it's the same as on the order! It's totally a scam. They hope you won't notice the extra charges on your card and will tire of trying to contact them.

I wish I had read all these reviews before I too was scammed. TOTAL SCAM!! I also purchased the makeup for $30 on 12/18, received the email that it was on its way. Never received the product and just got charged a second time. I just had to cancel my credit card as well.

I love me some fidget spinners. So I bought two, and got one free. But, it's been 12 days and I have yet to receive them. Just says they're in progress.
Then after I showed the original purchase (around $23), I showed a $29.99 charge from another vendor name. Still had the name "honey" in it. I called them. The first girl told me that that was my VIP Membership. I told her I never signed up for that. Only bought the spinners things. She said there were terms and conditions e-mailed to me. I told her I never received them. I told her to cancel my membership, and she did. Thankfully. Then I asked her for my money to be returned. She denied, stating that I used the services. Untrue. She referred back to the terms and conditions that she had not sent me. I told her to e-mail them to me. She hung up.
I called back. Another girl answered. I told her that the terms and conditions had never been sent. I would like the money refunded. She said she could send me 50%. I told her that's not acceptable. She referred me to their website: offers.jackandjill.com. I went there. Bogus. Site doesn't exist. I told her that the website doesn't exist, and frankly, I'm not abiding by bogus T&C's from a website from which I didn't order. So, she said she refunded me the whole amount.
I doubt it is this easy. If it's not reversed within 3 - 10 business days, I will cancel the card.
