ZERO stars!!!! I just send them a message. They charged me for the product I ordered. The product is on "its way!!!! However they have tried to charged me extra $29.99 twice!!!! I have blocked these last payment. In the message I told them if they charge it again I will contact my lawyer. I have a USA address so now I am going to write a complain in the BBB website!

I placed order. Got notice order was shipped. Then got notice Order completed.
Then they attempted to charge me again. Credit card company flagged it as Fraud charge.
Spent hours on hold to CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO ANSWER.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
You will never receive purchases and will be billed multiple times.

What went wrong? Like all other complaints was no shipping info until it's too late! When I found out from China cancelling is pointless and to return you're stuck with customs fees! It's been 4 weeks so far, just hit mainland. Couldn't get them on phone and no response to email. Also, a week ago they tried to charge under name of Willow and Pine, which we all know what happens when disputed, Cancel card and wait for new one. Then I saw can get same item on Amazon. Hopefully the product, make-up, is worth aggravation.

Total bullshit fake company. Placed an order mid December and as of jan 29, still haven't received it. Says it shipped dec 30 but ZERO tracking info. Total scam. Bullshit reviews on the website. BE WARNED about this company. But this garbage product is from China so to be expected!! Totally unaware it was coming from China or would have NEVER ordered.

Honestly, I'm just gonna say there is no need for me to write a review. I just read the reviews of 17 other unfortunate individuals who had nearly the exact same experience. Not 1 positive review. You decide for yourself but that about says it for me. Turning my card off right now if you've already ordered from them id suggest you do the same,they have already got me for $30 dollars more then the purchase price.

I place an order for a gadget that is supposed to defrost your car windows. After I ordered it, I was sent a tracking number that is either bogus or wrong because there is no information on the site regarding status of my package. They charged my credit card for the order on 1/10/25. 2 weeks later, still no product. I emailed and was given an excuse about shipping issues. Shortly thereafter they tried to charge my credit card again for $6 more than my original order. My card declined the charge. I called the number my credit card company had for them and remained on hold. They tried again to charge my card under a different name “essence and honey” instead of “honey and pine.” This is a scam and I suspect my money is lost. Take my advice, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and try to double charge and still no product.

Finally received the product, doesn’t work and they are saying they charged me for a membership! I didn’t sign up for a membership. I suspect there is some small box when you order that signs you up automatically. Please be careful if you order anything from this company. I don’t know if I can get my money back or not, but I reported it as fraud, requested a new card, a new number and they were still able to get the charges through.

Please be aware of this company. It also goes by essence and pine, honey, and pine and other names they have tried charging my card several times to the point where I had to close the account their business practices are unethical, and I’ve also reported the fraud to various departments. Do not purchase anything with a card from these people. And for the record, their products are a poor quality the makeup I ordered I threw away

Shoud be a zero for a review. Place order on 1/14/25 and was charged advertised amount. Items were not received. On 1/26/25 a second charge for a higher amount was received. No response from customer service and cannot get through on their posted phone number. SCAM

I ordered the car defroster as a gift not received yet. This complaint is for a subsequent monthly charge of $29.99 for vip membership. I didn’t know I had to be a member to purchase. Beware of membership fee.

Overcharged on my order. Received a fraud alert this morning from Essence and Honey. Beware, it appears they are changing names or sold credit card info.

I've had the same experience.....tracking is from China, dated 12/31/2024. It's 01/25/2025 today and has not changed. They rarely reply, and if they do, they DO NOT answer questions. They also tried to scam me out of another $29.99 through a "company" called "Willows and Pines, but it bounced" They tried to tell me I ordered their membership with my order. I did no such thing. I called the only company found in that name (Willow and Pine Market) and found out 50+ others had called. They told me Honey and Pine is a scam, as is "Willows and Pines." H&P stole their name but added s and dropped "market." I was charged $45+ for my order when it was much cheaper. I have yet to receive these products 🤬 I had to cancel my card, too. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You can get this air cushion foundation from Walmart and Amazon for $9.99. H&P charged me $19.99 each, yet their ad showed $9.99, by the way. I'm on SS and don't get much. So stealing from me has hurt more than meets the eye 🤬

P.S. Today is 01/29. I ordered 2 of the cc air cushion foundation from a reputable company (exact same jar for 9.99 each minus 20%). I got 20% off for ordering 2. They arrive on the 31st 😀

02/01: My cc air cushion foundation came in (NOT from H&P). It is awesome....so creamy and smooth. The coverage is unbelievable, too ❤️

As for the scammer, still no credible update and no product 🤦‍♀️🤷

My experience is exactly the same as Cheryl's right to the dates. Except I haven't been charged again, at least not yet. Recommend NEVER purchasing from this so called company.

My advice? Never buy anything from this company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was charged 3 weeks after my first and ONLY purchase. They kept charging my card and still nothing from anyone. Scam
Oh and when I did get through they hung up on me

Placed an order back on 1/11 and still have not received anything. Reached out 1/18 to inquiry on my order, when they responded, all I was provided was tracking information but there aren't any updates. Shipping charged as well guessing at this point I'll never get the order. They also tried fraudulently charging my account a second time for a higher amount.

I ordered this and never got. According to what was said the time for delivery would have been within 2weeks. I tried to call number, no longer on service. Got on website no response. 2 weeks after ordering I was charged again. I got hold of my card serviced and filed a dispute to get my money back

Placed an order back on 12/12 and still have not received anything. Reached out 12/27 to inquiry on my order status and possibly cancel and when they responded on 1/10, all I was told was that it shipped (which also means I can't cancel) but there aren't any updates on the tracking # that was provided to me.

I placed an order December 14, today is January 18,2025. I contacted them to now cancel my order. No response.
Also, I called them on the phone numerous times as well and they put me hold for close to 45 with recordings.
This company is a SHAM

Ordered back in December never received product. They tried to take additional unauthorized funds from my account. File with the FTC. Maybe if enough of us complain, something can be done. reportfraud.ftc.gov

I can't comment on their cosmetics line cuz I'm a guy. But they're pushing this little thingamajig the size of a domino that's supposed to keep your car free of ice and snow just by attaching it to the interior. It has a watch battery and a couple LEDs and the ad comes with a slew of big science words that boil down to "you don't have to be Einstein to know this can't possibly work". And it doesn't. The only thing it does is disappoint you each and every time it snows.
