Rating platform is great! Issuance is also an easy process. Pricing and tailored coverages are spot on.
The renewal process is a bit confusing as far as who gets what (agent & insured) re: policy & renewal billing.
I've gotten feedback from insured's that they don't like having to do the inspections but compared to the amount of policies we've issued I would say it's less than 10%.

It is my opinion that your valuations are about 25% higher than all of my other carriers in the state of Georgia. Conversely your rates are too low.

It is very easy to get insurance quotes on rental properties, HOA, and apartment buildings with this carrier. They are still looking at condition of buildings and system updates and not just the age of the building unlike some carriers in CA. Self inspection is easy and everything is digital. Good pricing!

Honeycomb does an amazing job, the only issue I have is getting endorsements especially reinstatements faster. Obviously if something is sitting in cancellation and we are waiting to hear policy will be reinstated we would like to know prior to the cancellation date. If someone could call say yes or no this will or wont be reinstated prior to canc date.

I love Honeycomb. You can self rate and determine if acceptable or not most of the time instantly. Great coverages and good premiums.

Also, most insurance companies don't offer coverage that can be customized to fit the needs of our condominium association, so you often end up paying for coverage that you don't need. Honeycomb allows you to only get coverage on what you need.
